Pool Suite Chiang Mai

The hotel is very bad. The rooms are good with a swimming pool and the air conditioning is bad. The worst service is that there are no employees at the reception, only one employee, and she does not speak English and it is difficult to understand her. They are not helpful and there is no luggage service or services in the hotel, and the location is far from all services, restaurants and markets. I do not recommend booking there. Unfortunately, I canceled my reservation on the same day and chose another hotel

Being told had 24 hrs rm svc.advise rm card can keep by counter when go out.today.call rm svc, no one picks up at all.purposely run down to lobby, no one around.told by security all off work!
Now the whole hotel has no water at all, no one can help, totally being left in a deserted hotel!

It says pool suites, but there is no sharing pool, only for a few rooms at the top have pools. I informed them that beth jacuzzi wasn't working and disappointed. Rooms are really nice and quality.

3 Star is the best rating I could give. Despite it being marketed as luxury, the service is unfortunate. No breakfast buffet despite breakfast being ordered no proper lights along the walkway. Water being shut off at different times. It's just not worth going here. Service respond is also quite bad. To top it off, it's quite far from the main centre. However the rooms are spacious and the pool is as shown. However it is quite dirty upon entering and cleaning service have go be called in initially. Overall, Not recommended.

เคยไปพักครั้งนึง แต่ไม่รู้สึก ประทับใจ อยากกลับไปพักที่นี่อีกเพราะโรงแรมยังไม่มีความพร้อมในการให้บริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ บอกเลยว่า. ️️แย่มาก เสียชื่อเสียงมาก อายต่างชาติไปเลยค่ะ

This place is very close to being nice, but just misses the bar. The walls had black mold on them as well as the outside furniture. There were rips and stains on the bedding. Breakfast was the most disappointing. Your food was already cooked and waiting for whenever you arrived. Upon arrival they would put it in the microwave to warm it up. You get the same thing everyday that you are here. The only included coffee option was black. Anything else cost extra. After staying in The 99 Heritage a couple nights ago for less money you had unlimited coffee and ice cream all day, free bicycles, and breakfast was a delight that included any kind of coffee you would like.

Stayed there one week and about halfway through my stay the owner of the suite I stayed started saying that they never received payment and would hold my deposit. I paid in advance like 2 days before I even got there and can show proof with my bank statement. So the owner had me contacting Agoda customer service for like 3 or 4 days trying to get things worked out and they just kept telling me the same thing, everything on my and their end had been paid. Pretty sure I got scammed out of my deposit

We have stayed here twice and both times the service was excellent and the staff was very willing to assist us with any needs. The breakfast was presented well and on time each morning. The view from the pool was lovely, it rained during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy it as we had hoped. We would recommend hotel a quiet place to get away for anyone.

One of the most beautiful hotel i ever stayed, with jaccuzi bath in front of the TV, large room, kitchen, closet room and shower room.quiet environment to have a wonderful sleep, nice big towel and bed. Will surely be back for more nights.

Nice and convenient place in chang mai. About 15 minutes away from airport. Room is very clean and friendly services. Highly recommended for Trip to Chang Mai.

This is a very cool place. I have a feeling I will be coming here very often. Seriously, stay here. It's tremendous value. Bonus points for Il Panzerotti having amazing inside out pizzas and Wild Hogs burgers both being nearby.

The hotel is fabulous, services also excellent, but the facebook page, admin responded unprofessional, no hospitalities to customers. I hope they will have a good train soon.
