Very good stay in this very welcoming place, the host is very kind. The rooms are spacious, everything is new, very good value for money and the location is ideal for tourism. We stayed 5 days and we would have liked to have stayed longer!
Little more the breakfasts are varied, plentiful and very good.
I highly recommend this address to tourists or locals passing through Chiang Mai.

We had a wonderful stay at Permsuk. This small guesthouse has got everything: good location, close to the Old City; nice, clean rooms; delicious breakfast; and an extremely kind host whose sole priority is guests' comfort. A great place run by great people!
