I turned up lost and probably a short stint away from death. Ali (the main therapist) took me in and took a punt on me, in more ways than one.

Ali, who was like a mentor to me, has been the catalyst for a profound journey of self-discovery and growth for me. In the midst of my own uncertainty and self-doubt, Ali was like a guiding light who challenged my belief systems, tore down my ego, navigated my fears, and, most importantly, bestowed upon me the invaluable gift of hope.
Ali's influence for me has been nothing short of transformational. He didn't merely offer advice or counsel; he walked beside me on this path of until I got it and understood what I was going through. Some days I felt broken by our sessions but he was always just a knock away when I needed him and he had confidence in me when I certainly didn’t, that I would have a think, and make the right decision. His wisdom and unwavering support is beyond the call of duty.
What sets him apart is his commitment to holding people accountable, even when it felt uncomfortable. He knows that personal growth is not about coddling.

The facilities, the staff, the structure, the routine. But also the trust they give you is next level. I have nothing but gratitude for how they were to me.

You will get the help you need here. I just can’t recommend this enough. I don’t think there’s anywhere better that gives you that one on one support.
