I have been there second time. Everything perfekt. Room with terrace, spacious, wifi, bathroom, good bed, very comfortable, fridge, kettle, TV, AC. Thank you. I will come again.

First time to Thailand / Chang Mai, a wonderful place to feel at home in the midst of the Chang Mai business. I stayed in the garden room over viewing lots of greenery, flowers and small animals. Staff is friendly and helpful (they arranged a taxi when it didn't seem possible to get one) and food is good enough. Street food across the GH is always a great option as well. Coffee shop next door is a wonderful place to start your day with a pancake and chai tea.

Good options for an affordable and enjoyable stay - lots of attractions close by.

Super schöne Anlage und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war jedoch Renovierungsbedürftig und leider auch nicht sehr sauber. Nachts war es sehr laut, was aber auch daran lag das unser Zimmer zur Straße hin gerichtet war.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. This is our third time here in the last ten years. There are improvements since our previous visit which is always good to see. Nice comfortable rooms with a balcony. The staff is awesome and they have a good restaurant.

This was my first time back to Chiang Mai in 17 years. I'd remembered eating at Mountainview when I was here back then and when considering where to stay during this visit, it seemed like a perfect fit. My husband, myself, and our 6-year-old son stayed for a week. We had a great stay. We love how convenient the location is. So much, including the Sunday Walking Street, night food markets, Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Pra Singh, numerous delicious coffee shops, Goodsouls Vegan Restaurant, and more - were easily walkable. As we were leaving this afternoon, our son repeated how much he enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse! I won't wait another 17 years before I return again.:)

A lovely place to stay at during one's visit to Chiang Mai. Very reasonable rates and the rooms are super clean. There's a feeling of calm inside the premises of this guest house. I highly recommend this place whether you are traveling with friends or with family. If you want to book your rooms make sure to call them and reserve it. The staff here is friendly and respectful.

Enjoyed the time spent here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price as well. Location was also within walking distance of quite a few fun places. Would recommend.

The pictures do not look like the actual room. Weird stains on the walls, AC was leaking on my head, ants on the desk. There was a creepy man staring at me when I walked in who I later gathered was the owner. When I walked out after deciding to not stay there, the staff looked at me so judgmentally like I wasn't even a human being. Bad vibes all around.

Unsafe. I had to leave in the middle of the night to secure my safety. I complained to the owner the next day who did not take my very serious concerns seriously. Not recommended for solo female travelers.

The hotel has seen better days. The rooms in the main building are really dark and gloomy. Nothing like you see in the photos. 2 stars for cleanliness and good wifi. - Jan 2022

This quaint hotel was a wonderful oasis within the bustling old city. My room faced the courtyard. It was very quiet and peaceful and I especially enjoyed the musical chirping of the birds in the early mornings. The hotel is right next to the North Gate if the old wall which is convenient for catching a ride to Wat Doi Suthep. I would love to stay here again.

Close to Chandpuek Gate but it quite loudsy to sleep cause its close to the road. Its nearby many great place to explore. Also the transportation.

The staff was nice and helpful.

There are no breakfast included but there a restaurant here. I suggest to cross the road there will be a lot of food to try.

Accommodation not good, the cable is bad, the air conditioner and the refrigerator so loud. The bathroom smells so bad, also the water it's shower slowly and no toothbrush.

The price is Okay, acceptable.

ห้องพัก สะอาด เตียงนุ่ม กว้างขวาง มีทีวี ตู้เย็น ตู้เสื้อผ้า มีระเบียงให้นั่งเล่น มีกาต้มน้ำ ในห้องน้ำ มีอุปกรณ์การใช้ห้องน้ำครบครัน ผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาด น้ำฝักบัวไหลแรง มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น แต่ห้องที่อยู่น้ำอาบน้ําระบายช้า แต่ก็เป็นข้อเสียจุดเล็กๆ ถ้าเทียบกับคุณภาพห้องและราคา น่าจะจัดให้เป็นที่พักประจำ ทุกครั้งที่มาเชียงใหม่

Great place to stay.
Stayed there for 2 weeks very tranquil felt like I was staying in the woods, a stream goes by the rooms with frogs and birds. Close to everything markets. Temples. Massage and weekend markets where they close the streets and let vendors sell their wares at very fair prices.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past and today our family came for a meal as we have fond memories of the ambiance, food, and staff. The food was good and we noticed over the past year they have also made a number of improvements to the facilities and grounds. Great place to stay while in Chiangmai.

Lovely and quiet place, nice people and amazing breakfast! Cheap laundry service. Fully recommend!

Good food. I didn't stay here.
The restaurant closes at 7pm so get there for 6pm. The food was reasonably priced and pretty good. A large Chang was 75 Baht. The wifi was free. The surroundings were pretty cool. When the sun went down there were all sorts of jungle noises. Then, at 8pm (on cue) a Thunderstorm arrived, so we stayed for 1 more beer. I noticed a sign saying 4th floor roof terrace. Well worth visiting. I must come back here in daylight as I think the view would be great. I'll be back
