Food was great! Pancakes scratch made, eggs perfectly done, and oh my god their homemade sausage was delicious. I also ordered a flat white which was good as well. No complaints

We are here 5 times during our stay, 4 times for breakfast and once for dinner. Really friendly staff who speak good English, prices are fair and portions are large and very tasty.

No big complaints about this place but the waiter seemed depressed and the uninspired commercial RnB music forced me out…

The Coffee is really good. Thai tea ist avrage and small size for that price.
The Coffee Shop itself is nice and the interior with lots of antique stuff (Like old TVs, old Gas Pump etc.)
They also have a Pool inside and a second Floor

Quiet hostel, it's good choice if you'd like to stay in a quiet place, it's 10mins walking distance to night market. If you like to stay around nightlife zone, east part of old town will be a good choice.

The food is ok. Granola should be avoided as it's just cold oats and dried fruit. It's not been made correctly. You could just look up a recipe and do it right. It's well over priced too and my banana was soft and mushy. Once milk is added to the granola it too becomes soft and mushy. I paid 81 baht for it and it is inedible. Disappointing to say the least. The home fries are excellent.

Thai hotel, vintage interior and exterior design. Lovely staff, good thai coffe and delicious food. But the best side is the music! Keep going there as many times i can

Very fun and cool hotel with a pool in the heart of the old city. Very walkable to night markets and restaurants. We were a family of 4 from the US and rented two rooms. Staff was amazing and we didn't want to leave. Also highly recommend the cooking/farm tour that is offered from the hotel. It was a highlight of our vacation!

This cafe is set in the garden of the hotel. Non residents are welcome to use the cafe. The food is lovely, they serve traditional Thai food plus sandwiches. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Love love love this place. It was the perfect base for our adventures. The staff are top notch and super helpful. The rooms and courtyard have a spa feel. Clean and beautiful.

We wandered past this hotel by chance in the early evening. We wandered back past just prior to 10pm when unknown to us the bar was due to close. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made us welcome, pouring us a beer and making sure we were comfortable before shortly starting to lock up the bar. They then checked if some more beer would be nice and carefully arranged some in an ice bucket with a bottle opener to hand. We sat for over an hour sipping beer to the gentle gurgle of the swimming pool. A very relaxing place for a quiet evening beer if that’s what you’re looking for (this happened on a Saturday in early February).

Really beautiful and quiet hotel. The staff was really nice and ready to help.

Nice neighborhood, calm, close to many temples and right inside the old Chang Mai district. Bonus: the pool and the night market nearby.

If you want to experience the good part of Chiang Mai (i.e. Not the loud bars), this is the perfect place.

Highly recommended.

Food was delicious, cute outside seating with plenty of shade. I got 3 pancakes, eggs & bacon, and a iced mocha for 215 THB.
