Fang Chiang Mai Hotel

So stayed here for our Time in chain mai. Walking Distance to the market, super Kind owners and quiet for a Good Night Sleep.

The hotel was ok, the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but completely sufficient. During the night we had a noise that we couldn't locate (air conditioning, elevator) that really bothered us. We originally booked a room with a double bed, unfortunately we were given one with two separate beds.
Since we had a long journey and were there well before check-in time, it was okay for us.
The location of the hotel is good, you can reach the old town on foot.

I can highly recomend the hotel. We stayed there for four nights and it is perfect located and quiet at the same time. Restaurants, massage salons and bike rental are all im 5 minutes walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Good value for money.

Stayed there 3 nights. Good location, near Night Bazaar but still very quiet. Chill atmosphere with nice small garden. Very friendly staffs. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Warm welcome, little touches that make the difference, the only hotel tested where hot water arrives instantly, calm, clean, cozy and very well located. We only stayed there one night but it really left an excellent impression on us so I highly recommend it.

Optimal location, quiet area despite being nearby to busy areas. Professional service and rooms.

This hotel is totally worth the money. I would highlight that the staff is very friendly and resolutive at any hour, the rooms were clean and well equipped.

They can take care of your luggage for several days if you want to make a short trip around Chiang Mai.

The only downside is the limited options for breakfast because is not a buffet, they offer you 3 sets of breakfast which are abundant and tasty but might feel unusual for western visitors.

Definitely would stay again!

Very clean, charming hotel with its patio and statuettes, super welcoming staff, reasonable price for all the services, comfortable mattress, nice decoration, elevator and small gym.opposite a great A&C bakery, a stone's throw away from the night market and 5 minutes from the old town.my favorite hotel since its opening a few years ago.

The hotel is on a perfect location close to old town and nightmarket, it is walking distance to everything and In a quiet street. Staff is super friendly and the room are perfectly clean with one of the best beds in Thailand.
Small tip the ac bakery across the street is amazing.

All hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean and a pleasant size. Very thick toilet paper. 2 liters of fresh water in glass bottles free of charge every day. Refrigerator available. The hand soap smells really good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available in the shower. Everything you need is in the room. We stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The stylishly landscaped backyard/garden invites you to dream. A small bakery is 20 m opposite with very tasty cappuccino, croissants and pastries. Places to eat are nearby. We would definitely check in here again. Thank you for everything, dear hotel team.

Unremarkable. The bed was a little hard, and the corridor was a little smelly, but other than that, it perfectly hit the spot as an inexpensive and clean stay. Really spacious room and generous snacks.

There was a lack of hot water when we tried to shower, but maybe because it was 6am.

You have to put a 200 baht deposit for the room key. Easiest if you have cash, but I think they do have a card reader. They also have a laundry service, I'm not sure of the price, but it seemed decent value (I think I saw a bag outside someone's room with maybe 2-3kg for 198baht).

We chose it based on location. It is very close to Talad Wararot, which is where we got a mini bus to Mae Kampong.

Beautiful place! The room was spacious and clean! The employees are friendly and always attentive. The hotel is well located, not too far from the old town. The area is quiet so no problem sleeping at night. Very comfortable bed by the way!
We even extended our stay with them, so much so that we feel good there.
