We stayed in August, the reception staff is great, we received help in an unusual way as help for a health issue that we experienced when we arrived in Chiang Mai, thank you)
The location of the hotel is perfect.

I initially checked in to room 404, within 5 minutes I was killing a cockroach. I called front desk and requested a room change. They asked why and I told them and they responded with, oh in the bathroom is that right? I said no in the room. Makes me assume they know about this issue and still gave me this room. Switched to room 410 and this has a renovated bathroom that has a glass shower instead of a shower curtain and no cockroaches. Couch was cleaner as well. Room is spacious and has what you need.

Service was, staff was amazing, all spoke English and were very friendly.

Great hotel for my stay in Chiang Mai, great location and the staff are excellent. Could not fault this hotel for my stay for the week. Highly recommend it. Breakfast was good and I did eat dinner in the restaurant twice and the meals were very good.

The only thing worth it is the location, the rest was disastrous, the cleaning was poor, the room smelled closed as did the carpet in the hallway of the rooms, the sofa in the room had a stain.
The breakfast was horrible, the coffee was water in a thermos, you had to ask for the bacon and they served you a small portion for one, the fruit was also scarce. I would not stay at this hotel again, I don't know where it gets the four stars from

There is a night market around the location for shopping and shopping.
The hotel environment is clean and quiet.
The room was great!
Breakfast ingredients are natural and delicious.

Once inside, the atmosphere is very warm, the staff are friendly and professional, and there is a market nearby, you will be there in 3-4 minutes on foot! It is also close to the night market, just next door!

I had 2 days BF experiences, BF options is so common, not fancy. However, quality&hygetic can't complain.
Staffs are friendly, well-trained.

D2 is on Chan Klan Rd very close to the Night Market and Night Bazaar. All the tourist traps are within walking distance including bar options. Got a room on one of the Club floors with its various benefits (Happy Hour cocktails/ free coffee and snacks etc). Staff were polite and efficient with good English language skills. Room was larger than normal, clean and well appointed. Few English channels on the TV though. All in all a happy camper.

Polite and very helpful English speaking staff. They brought me a nice firm latex pillow on request. Main comment would be that the hotel is overpriced when compared with the great range of establishments in this funky city of Chiang Mai. 200B for a soda water at poolside (oh please!). I recommend getting refreshments, food and massage outside the hotel. Very handy to night bazaar where you can find all the trinkets, yummy food and cheap things you could possibly want.

There is a gym on the last floor accessible to people who are not hotel guest, for a fee of 200b/day or 2000/month.
It includes the pool and steam bath.
Shower, towel as well.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but staying in the surrounding, i could say that the location is ideal.

Lobby is nice and pleasant.

Staff members are always kind and professional.

Lift can be used with a Keycard.

This is a wonderful hotel. If you can get the club level. Drinks, food, gifts and 30% discount are complimentary. The rooms are clean and cozy!

I needed solid internet while I worked remotely, and this place did not disappoint. I stayed in my room and worked at night, and got to see lots of things during the day hours when I wasn’t sleeping. Breakfast was nice with many options, and it’s very centrally located, with many places walkable or a quick ride away.

We were not Hotel guests as we have only visited the Massage area.

Nice hotel with Dusit enterprise. This is a nice hotel inside the Chiangmai old town. Food court is nearby.

This is a decent hotel, the staff are lovely and helpful but it is let down by the rooms
They are tired and the carpet in our room desperately needs cleaning, there are noticible big stains. The shower is in the bath which has a huge step up to get into, so if you have bad knee's etc, there is a rail but it's only a marginal help. It's location is good, in the centre of the night market, but we will not stay here again.

Great hotel, they danced in the lobby it was cute. In the city right by the bazaar so its a great location.
