Stopped by for coffee and waffles, and it did not disappoint at all.
Highly recommend if you love coffee, or even if you just want to find a place to chill for the afternoon.
Easy to access from the main road, and there are parking spaces available.

Very good coffee with many selection.
Attentive and cheerful services.
Food is average.

Excellent coffee, a quiet Monday morning during a rainstorm, it proved a wonderful haven part coffee shop, engineering display and wooden temple to coffee. Staff like so many Thais could not have been friendlier or more helpful. A unique find on a random drive through hills west of Chiang Mai

Good coffee options. Nice signature sandwich. Big place with many seats. One of the best restaurants around this area.

A hidden gem. Stunning interior and decor. Very friendly and knowledgeable employes. Lots of options for seating. Huge parking. Coffee, food and bakery. A little pricy, but worth it

Willy Wonka's Coffee Roastery. The selection is expansive and well-curated, with something for everyone. The Di Bosco signature roasts are all from Chiang Mai, and surrounding regions.

I ordered an espresso medium roast, as light wasn't available (not that light roast espresso often is). Terrific extraction, with a heady nose and full-bodied flavor. Followed with a slice of toffee pie, quite the treat.

The sprawling complex serves social media enthusiasts as well, and gives tourists a chance to explore, making Di Bosco a destination, not just a coffee roaster. Well-enjoyed, I'll be back.

5 years later we visited again. The inside has expanded. Never once have they failed to make a 5/5 coffee

Wow just wow. Please stop here. Awesome atmosphere and such friendly staff who spent ages we explaining all about the coffee options here. They roast their own coffee on site. Delicious apple pie and toffee tart too!

189thb beef burger suggests it will be top quality but it came with over-peppery low quality beef and poor bread.

Tuna sandwich had good bread, but oversweet mayo.

Very nice coffee place, I just don’t understand why they bring you drinks in a plastic when you drink it inside.

I enjoyed our stop at this coffee shop although my wife had a cocoa drink and I had a tea with lime and a little corn syrup (cha manao wan noi) iced (yen). It was quite a big place and I believe they could handle a bus full of people no problem. Oh, one more thing, they had apple pie.
