2I have eaten here several nights while walking: fish, durian. And very good. I had been wanting to sit at the photo booth for days. It's the type of local food that I love to try, and there were also vegetables that I sometimes find difficult to find how to eat. A girl next to me very kindly translated the prices for me since the saleswoman did not speak English. But when I went to pay they changed the price: from 30 to 50. The people who were there at that time translated two different versions: 1. They had added an extra. 2. My dish cost different than the others (although it was the same dish for which I had asked the price). It's not because of the 20 bats, which is nothing, but I don't like being treated like that.
Common night market. Okay. Nothing special, some street food, some clothes and the typical touristy trash-trash to buy. Maybe we went too early but it really felt small compared to other night markets we already went to. Maybe 100 meters from the main road and then nothing. It felt like the scraps, left over remains of a once great gathering.
If you are there already go check it out, if you have to drive there, don’t! Not worth the ride.
