Very secluded location and unique architectural style.
The dishes are beautifully presented and taste good.
It's worth staying a night and taking your time to experience it.

Come back in 2023, the service is in chaos, wrong orders, missing orders. I hope to improve it so that it can match such a price.

The natural environment is beautiful. The hotel has great views on the mountain. The food in the restaurant is exquisite. There is a beautiful carousel outside.

จันตราคีรี ที่นี่มี แผนก ต้อนรับ สองหน่วย น้องหน้าตาไม่น่าคบ แต่ ใจดีมาก น้อง ทรัมและลิงคอน มาพักที่นี่ จะได้ชมหลองข้าว เก่า ที่พี่เค้านำมาทำเป็น บ้านพักสวยงาม และทำท้องให้ ว่างๆ นะ อาหารพี่เค้าเยี่ยมมาก มิชลิน น้าาาา ข้าวแมว ห้ามพลาด บรรยากาศ เข้าพัก และอยากปล่อยอารมภ์ ให้ลอยไป กับขุนเขา เออ ลืม บอก ไป สวยทุกห้อง แอบบส่องและแอบพัก ไป หลายแบบ แล้ว

บริการไม่ดีครับ ไปถึงโซนร้านอาหาร พนง. เห็นแล้ว แต่ไม่มาบริการ ให้เมนู หรือรับออเดอร์ใดๆ ผมนั่งอยู่ 10 นาที (ชมวิวไปพลาง) จนหมดความอดทน และเดินไปถามว่า ไม่รับลูกค้าแล้วเหรอครับ? พนง. ก็ขอโทษแบบขอไปที และไม่ได้สนใจจะดูแลผมแต่อย่างใด

Very quiet, very calm, very peaceful, very zen. That's food for the soul. Then there is the food for gut.spicy, tangy, peppery.it is a treat for your taste buds. Of course, comes at a premium but that's what a 5 star experience calls for.

Have a great experience in Michelin guided (2020-2022) restaurant, here in Hangdong.
Good quality and very reasonable price.
Small choices of wine, which really not get along with northern recipes anyway.

Close to Nature while bathing in comfort.

This is one of the best combination of luxury stay and being close to nature. The hotel is sitting on a hillside with beautiful mountain view and tastefully decorate with owner's collection of antique / art work. The furnish & finished of the hotel shows great love / care by the owner / designer.

Bed is comfortable (on the soft side), the hot water / water pressure / bath amenities (the hotel use Panpuri) are on par with any 5-6 stars hotel.

If you book early and get to stay on the 3rd floor, you can enjoy full mountain view from your own room. Room 18 has the best view / room setting with 2 large outdoor seating area and a bath.

The food are also very good but on salty side. However, service is a mixed bag. The Evening Restaurant service was good but Reception was just ok (she just want to get her job done without guiding us through).

The real issue for us lies with the service at the breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and on the 1st day it was a full buffet. On the 2nd there was only porridge, bread and some fruit with no eggs station, ham or sausage like the 1st day.

So i asked the waitress about it and she told me that's all we get. Then i saw other table was getting American breakfast from the kitchen so i told her i'll pay for it. She came back and said that we can choose 1 of breakfast set each on the menu (complimentary). If only she told us at the beginning this would not have been no issue.

Note:
The hotel is on the hillside so getting around up to the 3rd floor can be a challenge for elderly. My mum is 73 and manage fine with some help.

This place is pet friendly and 2 of the Owner's dogs may look intimidating but they are very friendly and very well behave.

Nice and quiet place. Decoration is beautiful…! A little overpriced, you can find same or better food quality for half the price at many places nearby.

Great restaurant with a fantastic view. We came here 2 days in a row because the food was so good. Prices also very reasonable. We come again. You should definitely try it.

โรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ตกแต่งดูแปลกตา เครื่องใช้ต่างๆภายในห้องดี หมอนและเตียงนิ่มมากๆ ร้านอาหารส่วนตัวกินแล้วเฉยๆอ่ะ (ความเห็นส่วนตัวนะครับ) ยิ่งอาหารเช้าเลือกเป็นเซ็ทคือน้อยมากทั้งๆที่ ราคาห้องเทียบเท่าวีรันดา (อย่าคาดหวังจะได้ไม่ผิดหวัง) น้ำร้อนน้ำเย็นไม่ค่อยเสถียรแต่ก็ถือว่าใช้ได้ พนักงานบริการดี มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะ ทางขึ้นมาโรงแรมค่อนข้างแคบและชันขับรถระวังๆกันด้วย

Excellent place and excellent dishes-services. A "must" once in a while not only for out-of-town visitors but local residents as well.

สวยหรูสมกับที่ลงโฆษณา ห้องกว้างมาก วิวสวยมาก พนง. เต็มใจให้บริการอุปกรณ์สวยงาม มีอาหารไทยที่ได้มิชลิน มีมุมถ่ายรูปเยอะ แต่เหมือนรีสอร์ทบนภูเขาทั่วไปคือต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดเยอะ คนชรา วีลแชร์น่าจะลำบาก

First off with the pros. The restaurant is indeed one of the better ones. We stayed for three nights at the Chantra suite. Room with blue decor. One of the largest disappointments is that the pools is next to the restaurant. While affording good views the pool closes at 6. The staff is not very accommodating and promptly at 6: 00pm asks guests repeatedly to leave. I would come for the restaurant but not for the stay. The breakfast is good as well.

Now for the Cons. Upon arrival the staff is quite insistent that we can not change rooms due to the rooms being all booked. This is not true as when we offered to “pay” for the upgrade. The room then becomes available. Quite frankly I don’t like being lied to.

After paying an additional 1500 baht / night upgrade “this is in addition to what was payed for on Agoda”. It goes from bad to worse. The room we upgraded to had not been in use for quite a while. The water runs all murky with sediments. The balcony doors have no screen and do not close properly leaving a gap for bugs to come in. We literally had a spider crawl into the closet and live inside the dirty slippers. Had to call staff to promptly remove. If had a choice would book the Veranda by Sofitel.

The location is also inconvenient. There is no Grab or Taxi. Luckily staff did rescue us from our massage location and offered to pick us up. For that we are grateful and gave this location +1 star for a total of 2. Lots of scary dogs roaming the Main Street leading up to hotel.
