If you are staying here one night before going to the airport, it is OK. Otherwise it has a very bad value for money. Huge discrepancy between price and what they offer. The staff is sleepy and speak very little English, which causes lots of problems. The worst amenities I’ve seen (you can us the soap only twice before it melts down), a murky pool, far to the city, very few choices for the very expensive breakfast, which we paid for extra. No idea how it came to be a four star hotel.

It’s 10 mins from the airport. So location wise it superb.
Room is good and spacious. We picked a room on the ground floor with pool access.
Service was a little not upto the mark.
1. They don’t have a breakfast buffet, they have a set menu which is fully English breakfast but with no cereals and pancakes or waffle. So all the 3 days we stayed we had just milk and bread toast.
2. The staff don’t understand English even for a basic fully cooked egg they could not comprehend.

An authentic Thai style boutique house. The room is clean & staff are friendly. Recommended.

แม้สถานที่ตั้งของโรงแรมจะอยู่ในซอย แต่เข้ามาไม่ลึก ซอยถัดไปใกล้กับconvenience store ตลอดจนแหล่งรวมร้านอาหารดัง ห้างสรรพสินค้า night market ถือว่าสะดวกสบายสำหรับท่านที่มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ถ้าไม่รับอาหารเช้าของโรงแรม ตอนเช้าๆสามารถขับรถไปทานข้าวมันไก่นันทาราม ร้านดังของเชียงใหม่อีก 1 ร้านได้นะคะ ร้านไม่ไกลกันกับโรงแรมค่ะ ด้านบริการพนักงานบริการดีมาก การเดินเข้าสู่ห้องพัก จะมีตู้ล็อกเกอร์ใส่รองเท้าให้ตรงบริเวณเชิงบันไดค่ะ ห้องพักเน้นโชว์งานไม้ เพิ่มบรรยากาศห้องให้ดูอบอุ่น มีกลิ่นอายความวินเทจ กับการแต่งห้องด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ ไอเทมที่คงความคลาสสิก ด้านความสะอาดถือว่า "ดี" ผ้าขนหนู ผ้าปูที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ ความสะอาดโดยรอบห้องไม่มีฝุ่นเขรอะ รวมถึงห้องน้ำไม่มีคราบเหลือง แม้ห้องพักอาจไม่เก็บเสียง แต่เตียงที่นุ่ม น่านอน ก็ทำให้หลับสบายค่ะ สถานที่โดยรอบสงบ เงียบ ผู้คนและรถไม่พลุกพล่าน ถ้าด้วยราคาห้องพักfree wifi มีสระว่ายน้ำ บริการรถรับส่งสนามบินซึ่งต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วันทำการ คุณภาพประมาณนี้ ก็ถือว่าคุ้มแล้วค่ะ

ห้องพักสะอาดนอนหลับสบายมากค่ะ มีสระน้ำหน้าห้องพักเลย มาเป็นครอบครัว ดีมากเลยค่ะ พนักงานดูแลดีมากค่ะ

Lovely stay! We booked a room on the first floor with access to the pool. Room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. For the price, the amenities in the bathroom could use some updating. The location isn’t the best for wanting to see chang mai, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The rooms are stylish/traditionally furnished. Everything is very clean and tidy. Very nice staff! We had a nice and very relaxing time at the hotel.

I would book this hotel again anytime!

เลือกห้องชั้นล่างติดสระว่ายน้ำ แต่หลังจากเช็คอินโชคร้ายมีพายุฝนตกหนักเลยไม่ได้ใช้ ห้องพักมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ พนักงานให้บริการดี ทำเลดีใกล้สนามบิน ใกล้เซ็นทรัล ถ้าขับรถมาจะมีทางเข้าออกหลายทาง สะดวกสบายคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย

Really nice place to stay, friendly staff. Host was very accommodating to a schedule change and I appreciate that.

We have been traveling on a shoestring, and this place feels like a luxury. The ambiance is calming. We had a room with the balcony opening on to the pool and enjoyed swimming in the water. We booked very last minute after we had a bad experience at another hotel, and they made it easy for us to get a room.

เลือกห้องที่ติดสระว่ายน้ำ เพราะคิดว่าอยากจะว่ายน้ำหลังจากกลับจากดอย แต่สระไม่สะอาดค่ะ มันเป็นน้ำขุ้นๆ น่าจะไม่ได้ล้างรึเปล่า ผิดหวังนิดๆค่ะ เพราะที่จองห้องติดสระว่ายน้ำเพราะอยากจะว่ายน้ำ แต่เห็นสภาพสระแล้ว ไม่อยากลงเลยค่ะ

โรงแรมสวยมาก เป็นไม้ทรงไทย สะอาดมากๆ ห้องกว้าง สะอาดน่าอยู่มากๆเลย ใกล้สนามบิน ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้าค่ะ เดินทางสะดวกสบายมากๆ

ที่สำคัญมี shuttle ไปส่งที่สนามบินฟรีด้วยนะ บริการดีมากๆ แค่แจ้งวันเวลาให้ละเอียดชัดเจน

พนักงานก็บริหารดี ลุงขับรถไปส่งที่สนามบินก็ใจดีมากๆด้วย

ไปเข้าพักที่นี่ 2 คืนค่ะ ชอบห้องพักที่นี่ตรงที่มีความสงบ ห้องจะแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ pool view (upstair) และก็ pool access (ground floor) แต่ส่วนตัวคิดว่า pool view มีความเป็นส่วนตัวกว่า ส่วนภายในห้องมีความสะดวกสบายมาก เตียงนุ่ม หมอนหนุนสบาย มีมินิบาร์ในห้องราคาถูก ถ้าเทียบกับหลายๆโรงแรม และในห้องยังมีระเบียงที่มองเห็นสระน้ำเอาไว้นั่งชิว ส่วนโซนห้องน้ำมีการแบ่งบริเวณส้วมและห้องอาบน้ำไว้ชัดเจน แต่ประตูอาบน้ำค่อนข้างเปิดปิดยากนิดนึงต้องระวัง นอกจากนี้หากอยู่ชั้น2จะไม่สามารถเดินเสียงดังได้ เพราะเสียงจะไปรบกวนห้องข้างๆ หรือห้องด้านล่าง
รวมๆแล้วประทับใจค่ะ แต่มีขอติ 2 เรื่องค่ะ
เรื่องรถไปส่งสนามบิน จริงๆแล้วทางโรงแรมมีรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรีแต่ต้องแจ้งก่อน 1 วันล่วงหน้า แต่ทางเราไม่ทราบเพิ่งมารู้วันเช็คเอ้า อาจจะรบกวนให้รีเซฟชั่นปรับปรุงการให้บริการโดยอาจจะแจ้งแขกตอนที่ไปส่งห้องในวันเช็คอิน กับ เรื่อง Breakfast เนื่องจาก Breakfast ของทางโรงแรมเป็นแบบ A la carte ราคา คนละ 150 บาท ทางรีเซฟชั่นมีการให้เลือกเมนูอาหารซึ่งทางเราได้เลือก เมนูที่มี ไข่ดาว/ไข่คน แฮม เบคอน ไส้กรอก กาแฟ/น้ำส้ม (ถ้าจำไม่ผิด มีมากกว่า2อย่างสำหรับอาหาร) แต่พอได้รับประทานจริง พวกเราได้รับแค่ไข่ดาว/ไข่คน ไส้กรอก และ กาแฟ/น้ำส้ม ซึ่งไม่ตรงตามที่รีเซฟชั่นไว้ อาจจะรบกวนให้ปรับปรุงการให้บริการแค่ 2 เรื่องส่วนพนักงานในโรงแรมน่ารักทุกคนค่ะ

Great hotel in a great location. The staff is really nice and friendly. The room is nicely furnished.

ลงเครื่องมาเชียงใหม่ ถึงรอบดึก ต้องหาโรงแรมที่พักที่ใกล้แอร์พอร์ตหน่อย ได้พักที่นี่ โรงแรมสะอาดสะอ้าน สถาปัตยกรรมแบบบ้านเรือนไทย ส่วนประกอบโครงสร้างเป็นไม้ ดูคลาสสิค และได้บรรยากาศ มาเยือนเชียงใหม่จริงๆ ห้องนอนดี ห้องน้ำดี น้ำแรง มีไวไฟให้ด้วยครับ มีสระน้ำเล็กๆด้วย ไม่มีลิฟท์ ต้องเดินขึ้นบันได ก่อนขึ้นต้องเปลี่ยนรองเท้าก่อน เพื่อไม่ให้ทำลายพื้นไม้ที่สวยงาม อาหารเช้า จัดเต็ม เลย ใครมาเชียงใหม่ มาลองแวะพักดูนะครับ

สะอาดมากครับ พนักงานมีความใส่ใจกับลูกค้ามากครับ ด้านบรรยากาศสวยงามยิ่งตอนกลางคืนสระว่ายน้ำสวยมากครับ

Although I am not an avid traveler. Baan U Sabai is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The atmosphere is quite and serene while the decor is a beautiful wood style that gives an authentic Thai feeling. I really enjoyed how the rooms look out to the pool; truely an amazing place to relax. I will recommend this place to anyone that visits Chiang Mai. A true gem.

Lovely, quiet place to stay. Loved the pool and the spacious rooms. Close to a main road and the airport, yet very quiet.

Beautiful teak building in exceptionally good condition. Quite close to the airport. Really helpful staff, comfortable room.
Only downside is that theres a freeway close by, but noise only noticeable from the balcony.

Well situated hotel near the airport. Very well priced for nice rooms, pool and great service. The front desk is open 24 hours which assists with checking in/out at whatever time. The pool was amazing after a hot ride back from Chiang Rai. I definitely recommend this hotel for the price, comfort and hospitality. They were even able to hold a bag for us two days prior to check in with no problems.
