Incredible hotel, very authentic both for the area and for the design of the hotel. The rooms were quite good, the bathroom was very large and the room was standard size but the bed was very comfortable.
Customer service 10/10, you have 24-hour service and taxi more of the same.

Wonderful place with super nice people working here 24/7! The price is a steal with the kind of service they offer. We had to leave to the countryside for a day before coming back to the city and they were kind enough to hold our baggage for us at the front desk for a day even after check-out. Highly recommend!

Quiet space. The location is close to the school and to the main road, there are many restaurants. At night, the main street has a line selling night food.
Spacious and airy room. Perfect space to relax. Friendly receptionists. A lot of trees go in the rainy season, so you can see ants eating food very quickly.
Overall quite satisfied with the experience here 3 nights will come back if going again.

Wifi is a bit slow, everything else is fine. If come to Chiang Mai again, my family will stay here. Thief, 3 nights here all slept well, very grateful for this

Mo more a new hotel but rooms are quite big, comfortable, clean and quiet.
Maintenance of the site is not well done. The swimming pool was a bit dirty.
There are not enough park places, and some are a bit short for a suv.

Place is nice and cozy, quite a distance from the main city area.lots of shops 7-11/street food about 5-7 mins walk from the area

สถานที่ตั้งใกล้ตลาดไนท์มาเก็ต (ตลาดหลังมอ) เดินเท้า 650เมตร เดินทางไป 7-11 ก็ระยะทางเดียวกัน แต่ถนนแคบบางช่วง ไฟสว่างบางช่วง มีรถสัญจรเรื่อยๆ มีร้านอาหาร ตามเส้นทาง
การบริการปานกลาง อากาศร้อนไม่เปิดแอร์ไว้รอแขก
ห้องพัก ปลั๊กไฟมีให้ใช้งานได้น้อย

I am happy to find such a wonderful hotel in Chiang Mai. I extended 2 times, I did not want to leave. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Staff were friendly and ready to help any time. It was a pity that there is no breakfast, but there is a wonderful coffee shop and co-working space just around the corner. Not a place to stay for a night life but grab works fast and cheap.

Our two separate stays were excellent because the front desk staff, especially Aoff, were very helpful and kind. He speaks English and is very professional! We were traveling by bicycle and had a secure area to store our bikes. In addition, they stored a piece of luggage of ours while we did a week excursion further north. Aoff also arranged an early morning taxi to transport ourselves and our bikes to the airport. The highlight was the plant and tree-filled interior courtyard and beautiful swimming pool. It was nice to have a quiet break from the noisy streets of the city. Close to many restaurants and food stalls on the street bordering the university. Good value, great location in a shade-filled neighborhood and an attentive, respectful & helpful staff!

จองเเบบห้องดิลักซ์ ได้ห้องชั้นบน ห้องพักสวย สะอาด พิ้นที่กลางโรงเเรมมีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่ โรงเเรมตกเเต่งเเบบล้านนา บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนที่เเท้จริง เเตกต่างจากบี2 ที่อื่นที่เคยไปมา พนักงานต้อนรับพูดเพราะ ทักทายทุกครั้งที่เดินผ่านล้อบบี้ ที่จอดรถด้านหน้าโรงเเรมมีน้อย ไปพักช่วงที่โรงเเรมเเขกเยอะไม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องไปจอดรถเลยโรงเเรมไปอีกนิดนึงไม่ถึงร้อยเมตร เเต่ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาเพราะมีพื้นที่จอดรถข้างถนน มี รปภ ช่วยดูช่วงตอนกลางคืน

คุณภาพของโรงแรม ห้องพัก บรรยากาศ ความสะอาด เเละการบริการ ทุกๆอย่าง เทียบกับราคาที่จ่ายไปคือเกินคุ้มมาก เหนือความคาดหมายจริงๆ มาตรฐานเทียบเท่าโรงแรมราคาหลายพันได้เลย ประทับใจมาก ขอบคุณผู้จัดการ คุณออฟ เเละทีมงานที่ดูเเลการเข้าพักของผมเเละครอบครัว เเละถ้ามาเชียงใหม่จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกเเน่นอน

Room not sound proof at all. Can hear every motorcycle and concert music until 1am. Resort located in the residential area which makes everything far from the hotel. I can’t stand unfriendliness from some of the staff and their main target of the guest is chinese. Need to improve the customer service please

Beautiful boutique hotel decorated in Thai design but I think it may be overpriced. HK$500 is too much. $400 should be the right price I think. The room is beautiful and the bed is so good. The staff is also very good.
Unfortunately this hotel was occupied by Mainlanders. I was woken up by the noicy kids. When I was having my breakfast, the kids never stopped making troubles. They were chasing at the restaurant, touching the fruits on the food tray, yelling all the time. The comrades swept all the food on the trays. I wondered if I was at the refugee camp.
I would like to thank the staff refilling some food so fast otherwise my late coming friend would be starving.
Again, the hotel is good. The concern is the behavior of the comrades. I hope they need to improve but I know they won't. That's why I wrote this in English to avoid any conflicts.
