Restaurant is ok, staff disastrously don't care about the guests, they don't understand the guests, sweep the place when guests are there and play snokker. Food was good

A German-run restaurant/resort located along National Highway 4020 in Sap Yai District, Chayaphum Province. The mountainous area from Thep Sathit District to Sap Yai District on the western edge of the Korat Plateau is known as one of Thailand's most popular areas for wind power generation, and our resort is located right in the center of this area. There is. The huge windmill for power generation seen from the south-facing window/balcony of the guest room looks very realistic, and the exquisite contrast between the sky blue and the giant windmill rotating solemnly against the greenery of the surrounding mountains creates an exquisite contrast. You can enjoy it as is. The spacious suite-style guest room, about 50 square meters in size, has a separate bedroom and living room, and the owner's special attention to detail can be seen throughout. In particular, the unique lighting in the guest rooms is designed to create a relaxing mood both during the day and at night, making the rooms extremely comfortable. It truly felt like Touch the Wind. The restaurant has a wide variety of menus, including German cuisine and Thai cuisine.

Even if it's not exactly at the center of the world, it's definitely worth a visit. Rooms are very nice, there is even a pool. I also really like the surroundings.
The food was very tasty and everyone really enjoyed it.

This place is fantastic. A very warm welcome by the owners who were very accommodating. This is a great place to chill out with views over the mountains.
The food is to die for. I had the schnitzel XXL size which was amazing, we also had a bratwurst which was just as good - just like being in Germany itself. The salad was so authentic as well. Staff and chef all very well trained. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you guys.

Rooms are very clean and spacious, including everything that you which to have.

The restaurant is amazing, including the lovely served delicious food.

In this area chaiaphun it is generally very difficult to find that clean modern place.

Very good kitchen. We ate both XX schnitzel and schnitzel with pepper sauce. Everything fresh with top fries and salad. The restaurant is also perfect. Can only recommend.

Amazing place with great German food.
The rooms are maybe the best I have seen in Thailand.
Accommodation, food and drinks are all very reasonable priced.

A beautiful place to stay. Not just for one night. We, 3 Germans on tour in the northeast of Thailand, were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, the delicious German food and the clean quality rooms. Everything was fine. There was even a great whiskey tasting with host Andy. You rarely come across such a large selection. And value for money was great too. A tasty breakfast like at home. Everything was right, we would love to come back and would be happy to recommend Touch The Wind.

Maybe it was because we were there quite early, but we didn't really feel welcome, I missed the otherwise so much praised Thai friendliness. When we then asked where we could sit, it got better. The food was tasty and plentiful.
Advantage or disadvantage? The seclusion and the adventurous arrival
The restaurant is located in the province of Chaiyapuhm, but a good 50km from the city of Chaiyapuhm.

I don't think I'll make the journey again.

Great German and Thai cuisine at reasonable prices (the boss is a trained chef). I ate roast pork, currywurst and later the homemade pizza with lots of cheese (it tasted better than at the Italian restaurant). Probably the largest selection of international spirits in Thailand. Hotel rooms very large, clean and equipped to high German standards. The entire facility is furnished with great attention to detail. The long journey, but pure nature, is definitely worth it. I'd love to come back to try out the rest of the dishes.

For me personally the best accommodation in Thailand. Everything tastefully furnished and nothing scruffy. The operators very friendly and helpful.

My wife is from this area, and is it always been hard to find accommodation for friends and family visiting. This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend. My friend from Australia stayed there and he loved it. Owners are fantastic highly recommend great Rooms, and service a very pleasant surprise!

Super delicious German food. I drove 45 minutes to have breakfast there, 3 days later again.

We booked and extended one night, why: Our room for 2 adults and 2 children was a dream. The long journey was more than worth it. The German and Thai food was really delicious. Of course I enjoyed the schnitzel, but the beef roulade was to die for. We'll be back soon.
We can recommend the “Pa Hin Ngam” National Park that we visited. A wonderful nature and a view that inspires.
