We went for lunch. Great food. Great place to sit. Terrible service. Very pleasant place to sit and food was of a reasonably enjoyable standard. Sadly the whole experience was let down by very poor service in the poolside restaurant. If you go make sure you check your order is correct before it goes to the kitchen. The wrong food arriving at our table was just one aspect of the extremely lacklustre and disorganised service. They were very quiet and still managed to be lacking in the service department.

I am very disappointed by this hotel i stayed one night the room is just correct. Then i came again for eating and enjoy the pool i asked them if i can swim if i eat at the restaurant they say yes. Then when the bill arrive i discover that they charged me 100 baths for swimming and 30 baths for the towel i asked for. That s really not nice, moreover that they don t say you before they will charge you for every little thing. Not recommended at all. They are more confortable hotels and better affordable food in Buriram. Really disappointed by this hotel.i will never come again.

My son wanted to swim and we both wanted to use the fitness room. The staff at the Ray hotel made this possible for a good price. The salt water pool and fitness room were very clean.

The room is clean. My room view facing farm, so you can see a lot of cow, duck, goat walking around eating grass, drinking water. This is my first time ever whole hotel blackout for at least 4 hr during midnight, probably because of the heavy rain.

Das Ray hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Morgen Essen ist eher für asiatischen Leute gemacht. Der Pool ist groß und immer sauber geputzt.
Das hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung ist Top.

ที่พักทางหน่วยฝึกอบรมได้จัดเตรียมไว้ให้ ขับตาม gps. จะมีชื่อโรงแรม รีสอร์ตในเส้นทางเดียวกัน ได้รับเป็นห้องเตียงคู่ชั้นสอง สุดเส้นทางเห็นอุปกรณ์ฟิตเนตภายใน ขาดแต่ลู่วิ่ง. ได้เข้าไปทดลองใช้พบอุปกรณ์เสมือนไม่มีคนเข้ามาใช้จนบ้างตัวขึ้นสนิมรึผุกร่อน แต่นั่นไม่ใช่ปัญหาสำหรับคนรักสุขภาพ ปัญหาคือการเข้าไปเล่นต้องลงด้านล่างเดินอ้อมผ่านอาหารแล้วขึ้นบันไดข้างหลังเพื่อไปห้องฟิตเนตอีกทีซึ่งส่วนตัวแล้วไม่สะดวกเลยเพราะแทนที่ลูกค้าเดินออกจากห้องก้อสามารถเดินตรงเข้าภายในได้ทันที. โรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำทั้งน้ำลึกและตื้นเหมาะทั้งผู้ใหญ่และเด็ก ขอแค่อาบน้ำใส่ชุดให้ถูกต้อง แต่ก้อนะดันไปเห็นฝรั่งซึ่งเล่นน้ำในสระแกสั่งน้ำมูกแล้วมันเป็นเหนียวยืดยาวอ่ะ แกเอาล้างในสระคือเข้าใจว่าระบบบำบัดต้องดีแต่แบบเห็นแล้วขนลุก.

Great hotel for the price. Hot water, good rooms, great breakfast. Will stay again next time we are in Buriram.

พักห้อง fami มีเด็กไปไปด้วย 2 คน เพิ่มค่าอาหารเช้า 1 คน ราคา 100 บาท ห้องค่อนข้างเก็บเสียง หน้าโรงแรมจัดไฟสวยงาม น่าเข้าพัก พนักงานบริการดี แต่แสงไฟในห้องพักน้อยไป เวลาอยู่แล้วอึดอัด ด้านหลังห้องติดกับป่าๆหน่อย อาหารเช้าดี บุฟเฟ่ต์ไทย + พวกขนมปัง ไส้กรอก ซีเรียล นม ออมเล็ต สลัด กาแฟมีเครื่องชงสำเร็จรูป (ดีเยี่ยม) โดยรวมดี ติดแค่ห้องพักไฟน้อย

ห้องสะอาด อาหารอร่อย ราคาดี แต่ไม่ได้นอนเลยเพราะ ทาง โรงแรม ปล่อยให้มีคนมาปาร์ตี้เสียงดังมากกกกกตี2 ยังเปิดเพลงเสียงดีงตึงๆๆๆไม่หยุดเลยยยยยย! ปาร์ตี้ชั้น1หูตึงยันคนนอนชั้น3 เราต้องตื่นไปสอบมาพักที่นี่เพื่อรอสอบสรุปนอนน้อยมากกกเพลียหงุดหงิดเสียความรู้สึก โทรไปถามพนักงานเค้าจะปาร์ตี้อีกนานมั้ยนี่นอนไม่ได้เลย พนักงานตอบกลับมาว่าน่าจะถึงตี4ครับ อยากจะร้องไห้ตอนได้ฟัง อวสานการเตรียมตัวสอบ ถ้าเป็นแบบนี้ครั้งต่อไปไม่อยากมาพักแล้วคะ

Ray hotel has a half decent pool so we decided to go there even though we checked out of the hotel a few days before. As non-residents we had to pay Thb 100 baht per person (2 persons) to visit the pool which is fair enough although I would have thought that if you spent a fair amount at the bar and restaurant at the same time they wouldn’t charge for the pool.

But that’s not the real problem. We each ordered a margarita, one came in a margarita glass and the other in a small wine glass with a glass coaster underneath. We joked with the staff about this and they just said “sorry” but did not want to rectify this - perhaps they only have one Margarita glass? The first first sip my girlfriend took, the glass coaster stuck onto the glass and the glass slipped out of her hand and broke with margarita all over the place. We called the service and explained and asked for another one as we felt it wasn’t our fault. Afterwards the shock came. Not only did they charge her for the replaced Margarita (so charged 3 Margaritas instead of 2), but they added Thb 250 breakage charge for the stupid little wine glass! That for a glass that doesn’t cost more than Thb30 to replace! When this was queried, the female manager just said “sorry, this is hotel policy” and we had to pay in total Thb 1,256 for the bill, which did include some food, water and a mai Tai.

As a prominent restaurant owner myself, the manager/owner needs to know that bad reviews like this costs customers and money, and greediness doesn’t pay in this business in the long term! I certainly won’t go back there again on the back of this bad experience!

NOTE: I have since received a call from the manager since the original post and the owner posted a response as well offering me a full refund on the entire bill. Congratulations for turning a negative situation around, and you have shown that you are genuine and reliable. On your request I will not delete this negative review, but will for sure return in future to lodge with you when I return to Buriram. I am not too bothered about the money itself as it is a principle thing as I mentioned before, and perhaps you can just apply this amount as a discount on the next time I lodge with you and enjoy your facilities.

I have been stopping here for one night while on a journey. The structure is cozy enough, they have a good food restaurant in case you have no time to hangout and the location is very quiet, though the city attractions are easy and quick to locate. Very close to Chang arena for bikers and bike lovers. Great, really great swimming pool and fitness center. Breakfast in the morning offers a great amount of choices. The only drawbacks are the absence of a lift to get up to second floor and poor lighting in the bedroom (they can really get quite dark in the evening). All in all a satisfying stay, I would repeat.

Looks just like the photos. Very clean, very modern, comfortable beds. Smart TVs and food is delicious really enjoyed my stay here

We're here for the second time already and we will surely come again. The value you get for the money is excellent and the staff is super nice. Breakfast could offer a few more options for Europeans, but the selection otherwise is great. Pool and 2 gyms are also included in the price and everything is very clean. This hotel is my home away from home when I am in Bangkok only place I Stay have been doing so for over 20 years. They tend to remember their customers they have some employees here that have been here 40 years

โรงแรมดีสะอาดบรรยากาศแบบกันเองพนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักพูดจาเพราะอาหารเช้าโอเคแต่ที่ต้องปรับปรุงมากๆคือห้องน้ำอาบแล้วน้ำเปียกตลอดเพราะจัดโซนการวางไม่ค่อยถูก อย่างอื่นโอเคค่ะ

โรงแรมดี ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดีเป็นกันเองมาก มีครบทั้งสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ทั้งห้องอาหาร บาร์ วิวสวย มีโอกาสจะมาให้บริการอีก

We started with the good. It is in the center of Buriram, very good parking, very spacious room and bathroom. Staff very and friendly although English speak two literals. I give it only one star for this reason. In Buriram there are much lower prices but we decided to pay twice the normal price for the pool and gym.but surprise anyone who is not a customer can enjoy the facilities for 100 THB, result pool full of people, not person I have seen shower before

We were wrong, next time we will book a cheap hotel to sleep and for 100THB we will spend the day at Ray Hotel. I'm sorry but it’s very ugly, very very ugly for customers.for the rest, delighted
