A truly top-notch hotel. With a world-class gym, large swimming pool and overall excellent service, this is the obvious choice when staying in Buriram.

มาพักครั้งแรก แต่คุณภาพห้องพอใช้ ในห้องอึมครึม การทำความสะอาดห้องแย่ อาหารพอใช้ ฟิตเนสคนเยอะมีคนข้างนอกมาใช้เยอะไม่เป็นส่วนตัวมีเหมือนไม่มี ไม่ประทับใจ ไม่คุ้มค่าห้อง หลังจากนี้คงไม่มาพักแล้ว

อยากให้ลองมาพักเอง อาจจะโอเคสำหรับคนที่ไม่คอดไรมาก

Overall it was a great experience. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were huge. Couldn't beat the price. About 38 USD. Free breakfast. (Great service food meh) Location was good too. If you are in town for an extended stay I highly recommend.

Overall great. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Excellent gym and pool. Great breakfast options. One thing that would make it perfect is the coffee from the machine at breakfast. It doesn't taste nice at all.

Great location, very nice and clean room, tall ceiling (10feet), huge king size bed, inviting swimming pool, friendly staffs and great price — you won’t be disappointed! Very comfortable! ️w209

Another good hotel. We stay here for 3 nights. We love it. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Great foods, clean room and comfortable bed. Will recommend

โรงแรมในตัวจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ สภาพห้องพักดี มีสระว่ายน้ำ มีร้านอาหาร อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมถือว่าค่อนข้างดี ห้องพักของผม มีข้อเสียคือแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น และ WiFi หลุดบ่อย นอกนั้นโอเคครับ น้องๆพนักงานกระตือรือร้นดี

My first time in Buriram and I’m glad I chose this hotel. The rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable, the staffs are lovely and the gym is just PERFECT.

This gym has everything I needed in one place. It’s hard to find a perfect gym like this though. Breakfast at the hotel is nice too. Highly recommended this place?

Stay here twice for this year.one word Amazing! The price reasonable, the food is good, the service also good as i try to cancel some room within the time limit given and the process was smooth and i didn’t have to pay extra.

Definitely will stay here again for next year.

มาแจ้งกระชั้นชิดโดยไม่มีการประสานงานที่ดี คุยกันยังไงให้ลูกค้าเดือดร้อน โทรมาจิกๆให้ เชคเอ้า ห้องก็เหม็นท่อ ส้วมก็กดไม่ค่อยลง น้ำไม่แรง อาหารตอนเช้าผลไม้มีแมลงตอม ถ้าจะมาหาความทุกข์ที่นี่ เชิญเลยครับ เราในนามนักเดินทาง ไม่คุ้มค่า ขอบคุณน้องหมาดีๆที่มาต้อนรับ สิ่งที่ดีเท่านั้นของโรงแรมนี้

Cresco Hotel is a lovely hotel located near Chang Circuit and Buriram United FC. If you need to explore the city and surrounds you will need transport.

All the staff were efficient and pleasant, many with reasonable English which helps with overseas visitors.
Lovely pool, gym and restaurant so first impressions are good.

This hotel is rated 4* and is one of the more expensive in the area, so I did have two major complaints: -

1. In-room TV has around 12 channels and all Thai TV. Nothing international, I presume the hotel has cancelled its cable subscription due to lack of customers during the recent pandemic. For the price you pay this is poor service, further the TV's are not new and cannot be used for streaming or gaming.
2. The restaurant breakfast buffet service is good with varying options however the food which should be hot ie. Rice, Thai dishes, fried eggs, bacon etc.are left to go cold. The receptacles do have heating facilities but not used. My final morning I requested poached eggs, they arrived cold probably cooked previously and not freshly. The restaurant does have a microwave oven but I don't think use of it enhances the food. My opinion is the restaurant manager is not performing to the 4* standard the hotel advertises especially as the cost of the buffet is B350 each. This is overpriced without the food being cold.

I liked the hotel but these two complaints, which can easily be rectified, rather spoiled my stay and would possibly make me think twice about booking again.

ในส่วนห้องประชุมก็ใช้ได้เลยค่ะ แยกส่วนออกมาจากโซนโรงแรม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ ระบบเสียงโอเค มีห้องอาหารอยู่ติดกันไม่ต้องย้ายที่เลย
