Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok

The room was ok. But the bed was hard. There is a safe in the room. However. They get a star on the bed. It was horrible. And I slept badly.
The service from the staff was brilliant. They are polite, helpful and go out of their way to help. But cleaning spoke poor English.
It is worth mentioning that they didnt clean our room the last day because we forgot the sign do not disturb. But somehow we find a piece of paper in our room that mentioned, that sience the sign hanged out. They didnt clean the room. When the staff went into the room, why didnt they just clean the room? And what was the reason that they came in to the room if they saw the sign? I got some clothes washed when I was here. Paying 2100 baht to wash some clothes is expensive. Then it is better to find a laundry on the street where you pay 50 baht.
The place is centrally located. Not too far to walk to the skytrain. And taxis take a short time to take to sights.

The hotel's facilities are ok. They have a pool and Jacuzzi on top which was good. Was used often during the stay. They had a fitness center that the undersigned was supposed to use, but for various reasons it was de-prioritised. When I stuck my head in there, the equipment was of good quality. Their massage is expensive, despite the 20% off. Then it was half the price of it on the street. I understand that the hotel has to make money. But they should look at their costs when offering their services.
The breakfast was bad. Lots of hot food. And little other option. It got to the point where I ate cornflakes every breakfast because the hot food they had was not tempting.

Conclusion:

An ok stay, but a lot could be done differently with breakfast. And not least the price level to the guests for the services they offer. They price themselves out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel (Room number 1703). This room is a deluxe room in nonsmoking floor. The hotel's location on Sukhumvit Road, one of Bangkok's vibrant and bustling areas, offers easy access to various attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation options, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff at the reception desk who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The lobby itself exuded a contemporary and stylish ambiance, with tasteful décor and comfortable seating areas.

One of the highlights of the Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel was the dining options available. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, catering to various tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that the buffet was constantly replenished and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant provided a diverse menu for lunch and dinner, serving delicious Thai and international cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel's facilities also included a well-equipped fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool. The fitness center had a range of modern exercise equipment, suitable for a complete workout session. The rooftop pool, although not very large, provided a refreshing respite from the city heat and offered a stunning view of Bangkok's skyline.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. It was clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a work desk. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the en-suite bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries.

My overall experience at the Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel was very impressive and positive.

In my opinion, the Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my time in Bangkok. The attentive staff, comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, and convenient location make it a suitable choice for travelers seeking a pleasant stay in this vibrant city. With a few minor improvements, it has the potential to become an even more outstanding hotel option.

Run down rooms. Don't like some of the front desk staff. The old man there gives quite bad service. Otherwise, housekeeping staffs and dining staffs are very friendly.

The place is ideal for muslim travelers to bangkok. Halal friendly with Qibla available in rooms

Room is clean and good hospitality. But it smells the smoke at ground floor.
Recommend to experience this Hotel.

The rooms look old but clean.
They have an excellent staff.
The breakfast is great.
The internet works good too.

Zenith Hotel staff service was top-class which embodies the real Thai hospitality culture. The ambience was excellent - calm, inviting and cosy, be it the dining area, lounge or concierge. The staff were always attentive to my needs as if I had a personal butler for every minor thing I do. The view from the hotel was excellent especially from the 18th floor - overlooking nana road, one of the primmest nightlife areas in Bangkok. The hotel location is easily accessible to BTS (Nana station), and shopping malls like Central Embassy and Chidlom were just minutes away. The Tropical max restaurant serves the best Krapao (Thai stir-fried basil with meat) I could find in Thailand - I would recommend Kaow Pad Krapao Lamb but I would recommend going for medium-level spiciness. Rooms and facilities are very well-maintained and the entire hotel gave a vibe of elegance in simplicity. My sleep was great as the bed was firm but had a Topper to offer some softness to support a side sleeper like me. The desk was huge and allowed me to finish my ad-hoc incoming work. I will definitely be back to enjoy the services at Zenith Hotel again.

Been there and loved it acwonderfull acommodation the room was great a plenty of varieties for breakfast super friendly staff with a nice small business office to deal with multiple needs if i ever visit Thailand again it will be sure because of this hotel

Hotel was good in the past, not recommended anymore, stayed in a no smoking floor however next rooms were smoking, called the help desk and all they did was saying "we will check now" and no one came to check. Kids couldn't sleep from the smell of the smoke.

Quarantined here with my girlfriend. The service is excellent, they're very transparent with fees and attend to any issue. Also, the sound proofing is good. Can barely hear the outside traffic or someone next door.

Stayed here to quarantine for 7 days before exploring Bangkok. The staff is so friendly and nice. Food is delivered to our room and is very delicious! I would recommend bringing something to watch movies on because there is limited access via the room tv. Overall, very happy. Thank you:)
