YogaSutra Studio

I thoroughly enjoyed practising in Yoga Sutra, and would like to thank all the yoga Teachers especially Sandeep, Jai & Toey for taking the time to correct the students’ poses and 1-1 guidance towards the latter part of the classes so that every student get the chance to try and deepen the more challenging asanas. Looking forward to my next ‘retreat’ in Bkk and Yoga Sutra!

Pros of this studio:
•THE TEACHERS! The teachers are amazing. They provide excellent classes which are challenging, rewarding, and super fun. The teachers are really good at correcting postures and encouraging everyone in the class to try difficult poses. Thank you Jai, Sandeep, and Pong!:)
•The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
•The studio itself is amazing. It has a great view of Bangkok, along with quality mats and equipment.
•The class schedule is great. There are lots of different options at different times.
•The style of yoga is great. You can see progress really quickly if you go consistently.

Cons of this studio:
•I really didn’t like the phone culture of this studio. Many people have their phones with them inside of the class and take pictures/videos of themselves during the middle of class which I found strange and distracting. One lady’s phone even rang multiple times and she started talking on her phone during class! Very odd behavior for a yoga studio.
•I also didn’t like the cliquey culture of this studio. There is one clique of women who act very unfriendly and uppity. While the teachers, staff, and most of the people there are friendly, the attitudes of this one particular group made me think less of the studio as a whole. It just didn’t have the positive atmosphere that most other yoga studios have.

I really liked this yoga studio. Great atmosphere on the 32nd floor, spacious rooms, professional yoga instructors. Enjoyed all of this. Namaste

Always a boost of energy and positive, the atmosphere is magical. This is not a yoga studio, this is community, this is family! Ploy is the best host I have ever seen: warm, helpful, welcoming and friendly. The difference between YogaSutra and other places is that all teachers here are skillful and amazing, and they are all different (special thanks to Kris and Sandeep). Note that there are two branches (in Sathorn and in All seasons place). The timetable can be found in Line (@yogasutra) every Sunday for the upcoming week. I met so many wonderful people here, and got new friends! Thanks to each of you in YogaSutra! Highly recommend for those in love with yoga!

First timer, joined the leg stretch class by sandeep. Overall excellent, good direction by the instructor to make sure you're doing it correctly and for that little extra push. Also friendly vibes all around with people helping you out too. Recommended!

A yoga studio in the heart of the city. Easily accessible via BTS. They offer various classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Teachers are attentive, and experienced. Come try yourself!

Good view. There are variety classes from Beginner to advanced level that you can choose.

Definitely my favorite yoga studio I have been!
Incredible teachers and community. It became the reason for me as a expat come to Bangkok and practice here again. Blessed!

YogaSutra is a very professional & well-managed yoga studio! Great for advanced yogis and those who love to be challenged.

Very good location for Yoga class and good view from the building. Great yoga teacher and staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my first time doing yoga here with my friends. Would love to come back and recommend to others!

Great yoga studio on the top floor of building. Minus one star due to location difficulties.

Yoga session was quite tough but good for all levels.

I had a great experience at Yoga Sutra. I went with the one week pass during a short stay in Bangkok. I very much enjoyed the different classes, the studio is well maintained and clean. Also, the staff is helpful and friendly, the instructors are competent and experienced. I highly recommend the place!

มาเล่นที่โยคะสุตรานานมากแล้วค่ะ เดินทางสดวกสบาย มีตารางเรียนหลายคลาส รวมทั้งรอบบ่าย มีครูสอนหลายคน ทำให้ได้เรียนกับครูหลากหลาย และได้เทคนิคที่แตกต่างจากครูแต่ละท่าน

Had an amazing experience at the Yoga studio! I participated in a Hatha class - the teacher was amazing, helpful and energetic - and the staff were extremely helpful! The studio is the most unique studio I have gone to in Bangkok located high above the city skyline. Would highly recommend it to any Thai or English speaking yogi!

Your classes were inspiring, challenging and fulfilling. Thank you so much for the teacher always take a good care, helping the right way yoga for starter like me. I will try more and more.
