Great class and very professional teacher. Best yoga studio in this area
For those who has slip (herniated / ruptured) disc, yoga is very effective way to train your muscle to support your body in order to reduce load to the disc. I see major difference right after the 1st class and I got 50% better after 5th class! Highly recommended to try!
