The coffeeshop has a rustic, vintage and indie vibe. The Thai coffee I ordered is one of the best lattes I ever had. The croissant is also delicious. This coffeeshop is a gem. I am glad we stumbled to this place. I highly recommend trying the Thai coffee latte as it is one of the bests coffee lattes. It’s so good. The place is also instragrammable with the old and vintage fixtures. The staff are nice too. It is not packed with people which is great.

Wonderful place, love the vintage decorations and overall atmosphere. Despite the name we had very good coffee which was really HOT, just the way we like it! Recommended!

Nice little coffee shop close to the river and Chinatown. Great place to stop and escape the heat while exploring the area. Coffee was strong and staff were friendly. Will pop in again someday!

A quiet respite from the hot streets. Great retro atmosphere, good coffee and delicious Italian lemonade (we tried passion fruit, kiwi).

Nice little coffee shop in Chinatown. The decor was really nice with the antique looking furniture. The service was a little slow and the coffee was mediocre for its high price. The scone was pretty delicious though, not too sweet.

Really love the vibes this café exudes. It seems like time passes slowly in this coffee shop and I feel like I'm in the 80s. Worth a visit!

Not good not bad. Just so-so. Just follow from recommendation from the internet but quite disappoint in coffee. Ambience quite ok.

Seems it’s a good taste coffee at the first impression but it’s quite tasteless, not suit for the price. Although the ambience inside the coffeeshop is quite ok but the outside is bad environment. Full of traffic, not tranquil place at all.

Yesterday's Tea Room has a lot of potential because it's in a good location. It has a cozy atmosphere and the service was good. Just there was nothing outstanding what would make me take the effort to want to come back. Here is room for improvement. For the price i would expect more.

My friends and I stumbled upon this little tea/coffee shop while walking to the flower market. It is such a wonderful, quaint little shop! The coffee, smoothies and pastries were delicious! The owners working there were so kind and wonderful. This was definitely one of our favorite little places that we found. They also own a furniture store and have beautiful pieces of wooden furniture for sale in the shop!

The lady working here is very kind, so are the other staff, but she went out of her way to help me get to where I was going AND made sure I truly loved my mocha while I was there. She made my evening 20 times better. The vibe here is very coffee-house-cafe sort, its ambience, the tone of the place, music, small touches like paintings and old school gramophone are all very unique touches to make this a great stop even if it is a lil out of the way thanks for the great mocha!

What a fantastic little oasis in old Bangkok.
We were walking around the flower market and China town when we strayed off the path and happened upon Yesterday's Tea Rooms.
I spoke to the owner and asked him why he chose this particular location and he told me he was born in this same building.
It turned out that the property had been in his family for generations. His grandfather and grandmother used to run a peanut factory and finally he inherited the building and ran a furniture business.
In December 2011 he turned half of the shop front in to the beautiful cafe it is today.
It took six months to convert and the piece of wood that is being used for a table in front of the window today was reclaimed from the peanut separating machine his grandfather used all those years ago.
Most of the wood used has been reclaimed from the old factory.
My wife loved her mixed fruit smoothie and the chocolate brownie was warm and delicious. I could quite easily have eaten the whole tray.definitely visit this cafe. You will not be disappointed.

Great atmosphere. Great service. GREAT COFFEE! I love this quiet, cozy, little shop in the middle of Bangkok's Chinatown. A wonderful escape. Both English and Thai language and free Wifi.
