นำรถมาเข้าศูนย์เนื่องจากอุบัติเหตุ พนักงานดูแลดีมาก ร้ายกาแฟในศูนย์ก็ดีครับ มีประเภทอาหารให้ด้วย บรรยากาศok เลย ถ้าอยู่ใกล้ๆบ้านจะแวะไปดืมดาแฟ กวันเลย

Bought my bike here (with a credit card) and all service done quickly in full view of the customer and at a reasonable price.

A wide array of bikes. They've also started accepting bookings for T7 which is super nice. Very helpful staff and great array of accessories too.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 2017: Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. I was ignored by sales staff initally, then was unable to test ride or even reserve a test ride of the 2017 XSR900. They refused to call me to let know availability and told me to just come back every weekend to check! The MT-09 test bike was available, but restricted to riding around the carpark, so stuck in 2nd gear and no ability to test riding modes - utterly pointless. Clearly new customers are not valued by Yamaha Thailand.

UPDATE SEPT 2022: Tried again 5 years later to see if Yamaha staff had improved their customer service. Unfortunately not. Again, I stood at the sales counter being completely ignored by 5 staff members who just sat around playing on their phones.

Despite displaying the 2022 XSR900 in the window, I was eventually told there was no 2022 test bike and the model wasn't for sale. She told me I could test ride the older model instead, thd bike I already own and she had witnessed me arrive on.

She could not give me any information about the 2022 model specs, colors or any timelines for availability. It was clear the lady had no knowledge of the bike whatsoever. Very frustrating.

Great facilities although it was disappointed that they only accept to service motorcycles sale in Thailand which means they don't accept older/grey market ones even though it is the same engine.

เรื่องก็คือผมนำกุญแจกล่องเก็บของหลังรถมาร่วมกับรีโมทชึ่งบ่อยครั้งผมจะลืมเก็บพอขึ้นนั้งรถได้ก็ขับออกไปเลยปรากฏว่ากุญแจก็หลุดไปพร้อมรีโมทพอรู้ตัวอีกทีก็สายไปแล้ว กรรมจริงๆ

If your Yamaha big bike rides than, it’s right place and if your riding less than 300cc better not to go there as it’s pretty far from downtown. They do motorbike sales, service and parts.

นัดเซลล์เข้าไปลองรถ ล่วงหน้า เป็น 10 วัน. เซลล์ยืนยันว่าลองได้แล้วมาเบี้ยวทีหลัง. เซลล์ที่นี่ไม่น่า เชื่อใจครับ. โทรมาคุยแล้วขายเก่งมากครับแต่ตอน ต้องทำจริงเบี้ยวเลยครับ.

ระวังนะครับถ้าทำนัดไว้แล้วไม่ยืนยันก่อนเข้าไปอาจจะเสียเวลาครับ.

ตัวอาคารได้รับรางวัลด้านประหยัดพลังงาน ลดโลกร้อน. พนักงานดูดี มีคุณภาพทุกคน สถานที่สะอาด บริการเยี่ยม.

ร้านค้าที่เลวร้ายที่สุดในประเทศไทย. ไม่เคารพยานพาหนะของลูกค้า. ถ้ามันสร้างความเสียหายให้กับรถของคุณ. มันไม่เคารพในความรับผิดชอบของพวกเขา. มีสต็อกของยานพาหนะไม่มากนัก และอุปกรณ์เสริมไม่มาก. ราคานี้แพงกว่าที่อื่น. เป็นร้านค้าในกรุงเทพที่คุณไม่ควรไป.

Le plus mauvais magasin de Thaïlande. Il ne respecte pas les véhicules des clients. Si il endommage votre véhicule. Il n'honore pas leurs responsabilités. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de stock de véhicules et pas beaucoup d'accessoires.les prix sont plus cher qu'ailleurs. C'est le magasin à Bangkok où il ne faut pas aller.

The worst store in Thailand. It does not respect the vehicles of the customers. If it damages your vehicle. It does not honor their responsibilities. There is not much stock of vehicles and not many accessories.the prices are more expensive than elsewhere. It's the shop in Bangkok where you should not go.

After Sales Service is terrible
1000 Km service. No bike wash
No fitting of number plate and registration label.
950,000 baht bike.get better service on my partners Honda MSX

This is the HQ showroom and service centre for Bangkok. Located on the Eastern Bangkok so those who live in city center or Western Bangkok have to travel a bit to get here. However, Rama 5 branch is opening soon and will accomodate those who live in this side of the city (western side).

The showroom area is big with array of Yamaha motorcycles for you to look and ride on. The souvenir and tune up parts area is not that big but have enough accessories for your bike for sure. Yamaha clothes are real nice and not overpriced, some are even on sale for 40%.

Service area is viewable from the waiting area so you can see the mechanic working on your ride. For countless time that I take my bike to service here with many different mechanics I feel that they are all very well trained with Yamaha standards.

Mezzo coffee shop is a plus if you get bored then you can enjoy a good cup of coffee while waiting for your bike.

The only negative comment for this place and I agreed is the lack of english speaking staff both for the sale person and the staff in service area. I can see many foreigners bringing their bike here to get serviced and staff are alway seem to be struggle explaining things. If they can fix this problem I believe it'll be a huge advantage for them.

Staff are at their friendliest attitudes, very service minded. Modernized facilities.
Will give 5 stars if only it is closer to my place
