Brilliant gym. Has aircon and plenty of equipment. Been there around 6pm and wasn't busy at all. Staff was also helpful. 300 baht day pass is, reasonable for such place.

Group lessons are fun. The gym has three floors and the equipment is great. I believe it is USA equipment and not Chinese. It is a comfortable and safe place to exercise. The owner, staff and members are nice and funny
