- They overcharged the electricity.
- No drinking water machine so we had to always buy bottled water which was not convenient.
- The door didn't have an inside lock so anyone with a key of your room could enter anytime.
- The air conditioner and fridge were old and had noises. We tried not to open the air-con that often but the electricity bills were still high.
- After living for some time, the room started having musty smell, not a big problem as it disappeared once we turned on the air-con.
- Better to have personal vehicles. It might not be safe when walking from the main road into the alley at night.
- All in all, I didn't feel like they really care for the tenants or to fix problems that could enhance better living for tenants. They always fixed here and there but mostly for the building itself.

Peaceful. Private and lovely receptions. Recommend for steady income tenants.

This is a great place to rent, either monthly or yearly thru a lease. These are condo units that are somewhat larger than most units on the market. I had the occasion the rent a one bedroom unit by the month. The sqm was almost twice the size of other one bedroom units in the area. Amenities include free wifi, cable TV, fully furnished king bed with linen, Small dinning table with 4 chairs, a large refrigerator, nice Sofa and 2 flat screen TVs. Finally weekly cleaning with the change of linen. The is one small drawback, sometimes repairs are slow. However a great place with security to live in.
