I lived there for 4 yrs. I enjoyed my stay. I loved the place and the friendly staff

The elevators work really bad! I stuck and it was bouncing in the air for 3 times. It’s scared me a lot. In my opinion it’s really dangerous! The co- owner of the condo is very rude, and disrespect people living in the condo, the worst attitude to people who pay money monthly for his own income.

Its an Oldy but a goody.
Juristic person has gotten better, its a cheap condo on one of the best streets in Bangkok. Just no parking! I've stayed here for 14 years happily.it just depends on your landlord I guess.

Sooooo much troubles about parking lot. No matter who come and visit you, you have to pay for the parking even when I hired a maintenance to come and clean the AC so annoying. Also there Sooooo many cockroach in this building. The only good thing is the owner of the room is very kind and we got a big room in cheap price so cockroach, parking lot and the admin are what you have to bear with

Yes it’s little old condominium more over new LIEFE@wireless is dominated. Still there is one point you can look for Witthayu- accessibility In economy. B’coz rents are cheaper than other new condos. Maintenance will be a problem due to age of building. We are currently staying here. Added photos of outside and inside premises. Ac-wifi room is available 24X7. Massage chair. Gym.pool for both kids and adults. Play area with no maintenance also available. Near to soi nai let

พักที่นี่สะดวกในการเดินทางเช่นทางขึ้นลงทางด่วน ท่าเรือคลองแสนแสบ รถไฟฟ้า รถไฟใ้ต้ดิน สวนลุมพินีเดินออกกำลังกาย ฯลฯ

Stayed here for little more than a year. Rent is cheap but very dirty building.
Since it is situated next to river lot of cockroach and insects you will find specially if the condo is not renovated recently.

Parking is very expensive for visitors, 100 baht per hour.

Overall just say, please spend extra or stay little far but not pay here to stay.

Worst management (juristic persons) in Bangkok. So horrible, so unhelpful, can't do basic things, charge tennants a fortune to do small repairs when those problems should be the landlord's responsibility. We rented through the office, our landlord's name is
จามรี วัฒนสุนทร I was given a fake phone number for her so I cant speak to her directly. Management office don't do anything. Left without options. Horrible, unhelpful place. Warning to renters.

ซ่อมน้ำประปาที 3 -4วัน น้ำเหลืองมาก อาบน้ำไม่ได้ ล้างหน้าไม่ได้ ทุกอย่างแย่ๆๆ ที่จอดรถก็ไม่มี

Value for money. Price of 81 sq.m. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is only 6 m.baht.
Superb location only 300 m.to Ploernchit BTS and Central Embassy.
Now they have carpark but to pay monthly.

Good complex in the centre of bangkok.
Apartments are big and nice.
Residents are quite, and there is a feeling of a luxury place.

Nice place to stay at center of Bangkok with reasonable price. Can't guarantee on parking. Need to check with office. But rest all basic facility like grocery store, dry cleaning, gym, pool are present.

Convenient life and private here
Can go anywhere by public car bus and boat
All facility is keep well
Cheap rent with full furnish
