I visited this store twice, and both times I had terrible service from extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They simply ignored me and told me to shut up when I requested for assistance!

Terrible shopping experience. Zero customer service, not sure what the sales girls are there for. I was looking for a few products and their attitude was terrible as if they were doing me a favor.

They have nice things, medical products, creams, and cosmetic products, including Thai and Korean brands, as well as international products.

Female cashier didn’t properly scan my items for the security devices and I was triggering alarms for the rest of the day till I had to go all the way back to get them to properly remove the security feature.

Be aware that there is a obese female cashier here who speaks English with a strong accent. If you cannot understand her English, she will rudely throw your items around. I do not recommend shopping here.

The behaviour of sales girls (Eunuch) is too much rough and bad. They shout when I ask to show me the face wash section. He/she showing me only one brand. Then i ask her for another brand. She starts to shout. I feel too much bad and have a bad experience few minutes ago. I'll never go there and never suggested to other to go there. Customer service should be good and behaviour should be gentle
