A little old now, with maintenance still undergoing. But considered a decent place in the area. Free daily schedule boat to BTS, good view of the river, also directly opposite Asiatique where you can watch Fireworks on New years day.

The building is in quite bad condition and requires renovation. The pools look good, but all other facilities are old or not working at all.

เหตุการณ์ที่ผ่านมาไม่นาน ฉันอาบน้ำนุ่งกระโจมอกออกจากห้องน้ำ ต้องตกใจที่มีคนมานั่งอยู่ตรงระเบียงห้อง ความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวอยู่ที่ไหน นิติบุคคลควรมีวิธีจัดการดูแลเวลาทำงานของทีมให้ดีกว่านี้

สระว่ายน้ำกว้างและสวยมาก มีฟิตเนส ซาวน่า ห้องกว้างอยู่ได้ทั้งครอบครัว มีระเบียงไว้นั่งจิบกาแฟชิลๆ ที่นี่เลี้ยงสัตว์ได้แต่ต้องรักษาความสะอาด มีสวนหย่อมให้พักผ่อนพบปะเพื่อนๆร่วมคอนโด มีสนามบาสให้เด็กๆและมีสนามเด็กเล่นด้วย (สนามเด็กห้ามสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้า สะอาดดีค่ะ) พนักงานดูแลคอนโดดีมาก สุภาพ รู้สึกปลอดภัยและอุ่นใจที่มีพวกเขาดูแล

It is built to be a high-class condominium but with poor management things are getting messy here. Still, great view, 3 pools, basketball court, and tennis court satisfy many residents.

This place is a nice condo with friendly staff helping you at the reception. It has 2 towers of apartment units with around 48-50 floors. It lies on the quiet side of the river of Chaophrao, with the gemstone business center on the busy side. It is about 20 minutes walk to Senafest, where you can find an upscale supermarket with imported goods. Getting to the other side is easy. The condo has its own port and going to Asiatic or the gemstone center just across the river is free using the shuttle boat. These boats takes you back and forth every 30 minutes until 10.30 pm.

Nice apartment with big rooms, right across the river from Asiatique. It has its own shuttle boat that leaves every half an hour to and from Sathorn pier.

Secluded and quiet residence. Spacious recreational area and three swimming pools. Management staff very polite and efficient

Best condo by the river! The condo features a magnificent view of the Chaopraya river. The facility is great. They have a shuttle boat going between BTS Taksin and the condo’s pier. Certain boat runs will make a stop at Asiatique as well. Chareonnakorn Road is home of all the famous street food so it’s easy to go out and explore or order your food in and enjoy the great view at this condo.

Nice residential place to be based from when visiting Bangkok. Although it is a fair bit out of town. But it does have asiatique across the river.
