- ห้องกว้างมากเทียบกับคอนโดแถวๆนี้ในราคาเดียวกัน
- โลเคชั่นโอเค ใกล้ bts อ่อนนุช ใกล้ทางด่วน
- มีรถตู้รับส่ง (ส่วนตัวไม่เคยใช้งานเพราะรอนานจนตัดใจขับรถส่วนตัวเอาดีกว่า)
- เลี้ยงสัตว์ได้เปิดเผย
- พนักงานบริการดี นิติก็ดีฮะ ในเรื่องเซอวิสมายนะ
- ที่สำคัญคือ ถ้ามีอะไรพังในห้อง คอนโดบริการเปลี่ยน/ซ่อมฟรีหมดนะ อันนี้คือดีมาก ชอบมาก แม้แต่เปลี่ยนไฟ ล้างแอร์ เปลี่ยนแอร์ยังฟรี

- คอนโดเก่า ตึกเก่า ห้องเก่า ไม่ค่อยสะอาด มืด อยู่ในซอยลึก ทางเข้าทางออกอยู่ใต้ทางด่วน พื้นถนนไม่ดีมากๆมีแต่หลุมบ่อ ฝนตกทีน้ำท่วมตลอดเวลา แถวล้อบบี้มาปรับปรุงพื้นแล้วแต่น้ำก็ยังท่วม ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไร

- ไม่รู้มีห้องพักให้พนักงานทำความสะอาดหรือช่างไหมนะคับ แต่ชอบมีพนง. แม่บ้านมานั่งจับกลุ่มคุยอยู่ตามหน้าห้อง ไม่รู้เป็นอะไร เปิดประตูมาเจอนั่งจับกลุ่มที่พื้นแถวๆหน้าห้องตลอด

- เลี้ยงสัตว์ได้ก็จริงแต่มีที่ส่วนกลางให้แค่ดาดฟ้า ละไม่รู้เคยปรับเงินจริงๆไหมสำหรับคนที่พาหมาไปส่วนกลางแล้วหมาขับถ่ายแล้วก็ปล่อยทิ้งไว้

- ที่จอดรถใต้ดินไม่ค่อยพอ มีสติ๊กเกอร์คอนโดให้ แต่บางคันไม่มีก็เห็นมี ก็จอดกันข้ามวันข้ามคืน ไม่เห็นจะล็อคล้อหรือทำอะไรให้ ก็เต็มเหมือนเดิม ไม่ค่อยเข้มงวด มีรถเก่าที่ไม่เคยขยับไปไหนเลยเป็นปีๆจอดอยู่หลายคันอยู่เลยทำให้ที่เต็มด้วยฮะ ฝนตกมากๆก็น้ำท่วมที่จอดรถอีก

- ตัวห้องกำแพงบาง ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆตลอด คุยกันเสียงปกติ หรือแค่ไอก็ได้ยินแล้ว ยิ่งพอห้องข้างๆ/อื่นๆแบบดูหนัง ดูบอล เล่นดนตรี เด็กกรี๊ด หมาเห่าคือได้ยินหมดเลย ไม่ว่าห้องไหนในชั้นจะทำไรก็ได้ยินอะ เอาว่ายืนรออยู่หน้าลิฟท์ยังได้ยินห้องริมสุดจามเลยฮะ

- เฟอนิเจอร์ในห้องที่ให้บริการเปลี่ยนฟรีก็มีปัญหาตลอดปี แอร์ เครื่องซักผ้า ที่แตะบัตรเข้าห้อง สุขภัณฑ์ ฯลฯ พังบ่อยคงเพราะคอนโดมันเก่า

- รับพัสดุไม่ได้ตลอด24ชั่วโมง มีรปภ. ดูแลหลายจุดนะ 24 ชม. แต่จุดรับพัสดุกับนิติเปิดแค่กลางวัน ถ้าใครทำงานช่วงเดียวกับนิติเปิด แค่ออกไปทำงานกลับมาก็รับของไม่ทันละ ต้องให้นิติเอามาวางข้างนอกซึ่งอาจจะหายไปไหนก็ได้ น่าจะเปิด24ชม. สำหรับคอนโดใหญ่ ตึกเยอะขนาดนี้ กล้องวงจรปิดก็น้อย ตรงที่รับอาหารก็คือหายประจำ

สรุป:
ใครกำลังดูๆอยู่ก็ลองเอาความคิดเห็นในฐานะลูกค้าของเราบวกลบคูณหารตัดสินใจดูฮะ บางอย่างก็ดี แต่หลายอย่างก็แย่ เราทนอยู่ได้เพราะไม่ค่อยได้อยู่ห้องเท่าไหร่ เช่าไว้เผื่อแมวมาอยู่ด้วย เดือนนึงอยู่ห้องไม่เกิน2วีค แต่พออยู่ทีก็เจอปัญหา 5555 สู้ๆฮะ ถ้าเขาปรับปรุงก็จะดีมากๆ

ขอเปิดด้วยสิ่งที่อยากบ่นตลอดการอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่มา 1 ปีล่ะกัน
สภาพตึก: ตึกเก่า ห้องเก่า แอร์เก่า (กินไฟมาก) เครื่องซักผ้าเก่า
เสียง: กำแพงบางกันเสียงไม่ได้ เสียงหมาเห่า (ห้องไหนย้ายมาใหม่ๆคือเห่าทั้งวัน) เสียงเด็กกรี๊ด เสียงคนข้างห้องคุยกัน ทุกสิ่งที่กล่าวมาเสียงเข้าห้องหมดทุกอย่าง
ทางเข้า: ตัวตึกอยู่ในซอยลึก ทางเข้าแย่มีแต่หลุมเต็มไปหมด ฤดูฝนจะมีน้ำท่วมตลอด ขนาดฝนไม่ตกน้ำก็ท่วมขัง แถมยังยุงเยอะ
ตำแหน่งห้องและส่วนกลางสัตว์เลี้ยง: ถ้าห้องอยู่บนสุดคุณจะได้ยินเสียงคนเดินอยู่บนหัวตั้งแต่ช่วงเย็นไปจนถึงเที่ยงคืนหรือบางทีตีหนึ่งก็ยังได้ยินเสียงอยู่ (เพราะมีคนเอาหมาไปวิ่งบนดาดฟ้าตลอด ใครเลือกห้องอย่าเอาชั้นนี้)
** เพิ่มเติม ** เพิ่งสังเกตุว่าห้องไม่มีฝ้าเพดานเลยทำให้เสียงผ่านลงมาตรงๆในห้อง นี่ก็ประหยัดเกิน ผนังพรีแคสบางๆแถมยังไม่ทำฝ้าแพดานให้ลูกค้าอีก

มาว่ากันเรื่องข้อดี
ข้อดีอย่างเดียวของที่นี่คือใกล้ BTS อ่อนนุช และมีรถตู้รับส่งทุกๆครึ่งชั่วโมง ครับ มีเท่านี้แหล่ะ

Dirty and broken swimming pool. They mention pets friendly but not allow dogs to enter the park. Only little space for dog walking.

I lived in Waterford over two years ago and have recently moved back. I find the staff to be really accommodating and friendly. The common areas are always clean and I love the fact that I can live here with my dog and three cats:) There are a number of areas in the complex where you can go with your dog and it is a really friendly community.

Absolutely a terrible place to live with a very rude mangement specially Thanisorn. She is really a dragon queen!

Condominiums located close to canal, could be smelly in rainy seasons.slightly towards interiors of sukhumvit 50. Calm and quiet place. Staff are courteous. Used to have transport to bts onnut.
Might not be convinient to walk from main road to inside. Good to take this place if have own transportation system. Amenities are ok and rent are reasonable

Avoid this condo!
Management team are horrible people.

It floods all the time, canal water stinks and you have to pass through it on the way in/out.

Garden looks like a jungle with long grass and overgrown, and it floods anyway so it's more like a swamp.
Bathrooms STINK when it rains!

Bites from the mosquitoes that live in that filthy flood water give really bad bites.
Did I mention poor management and rude staff?
Just to be clear AVOID!

Great apartment, large size like 85+sqm for 2 br, with balcony nice decorating, reasonable price, good location plenty of car park. Pet allowed. Love it. Staff here also nice.

The worse and rudest management ever! We have filed a police complain against them, and the police told us since he joined the station until now which is near his retiring age, countless tenants have filled complains against them too!

Pet friendly, it's true. Big rooftop yard to walk your dogs but that is it! What i will not miss: poor customer service with few exceptions (only k. Tawan was always helpful), no accountability for safety conditions regarding delivery riders, and they do not care to fulfill contract conditions after you leave (my deposit was done after several calls and reminders not before 67 days after my lease agreement ended). Again pet friendly but not worthy!

Stayed here for a week at my friend's house. The apartment was nice and large, there was a bathtub, and multi zone air conditioning.

The complex is nice, with lots of amenities. There is a gym, pool, saunas, massage parlor, hair dresser, mini mart, and more.

The free shuttle service to/from On Nut/Tesco was excellent. There's also a 7-11 close. Many nice places to eat within a 10-15 minute walk.

Every time I go to the office and I see the office worker named Thani, I walk right out! I suggest you do the same thing! She is not polite or friendly! It will be better if she wasn't there. If you see her in the office, run!

This place is very quiet and peaceful for me and have more green space. Location is a bit away from all the noise and pollution of Bangkok, but with the BTS sky train and Taxi, Shuttle, and MotorBike taxi you are only minutes from the shopping areas. Me and my family very nice to stay here.

My Room was spacey. However, upon my first week of staying there I was met With an infestation of cockroaches. I asked the staff for help about it and they just told me that there’s never been a cockroach problem in this building and that I’m the first. I ended up having to pay for my own exterminator to come and even then I was still seeing giant cockroaches every now and then. I never keep food out inside my room everything I eat goes straight in the trash when I’m finished. I then started to realize another problem, the pigeons. My balcony started to fill up with what seems like a mountain of pigeon feces. I sweep it up almost every day but it collects at a very exponential rate. Pigeons also make a lot of noise on my sunroof they run around and fight and it makes a lot of noise and is very nerve-racking. I was also hearing rats running on the roof or attic. The staff installed several mouse traps but nothing seem to work and the sound started to get worse and worse. When COVID-19 struck I temporarily moved to nonthaburi For a few months and when I returned I was met with a horrible smell in my room. It smelled like that of a dead animal. I was also still charged 3500 baht for electricity bill even though I unplugged every single electric thing in my room before I left. The electricity bill seems to be completely rigged. I was also charged with double deposit which is apparently not legal here. My last apartments always charged 1 month deposit. I don’t wanna be that guy ranting on the Internet but this is just my experience and I want people to know about it. The staff are a kind and caring people it’s just the building itself needs to be remodelled or renovated because it’s a very old dirty facility. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Pet friendly condominium/service apartments where you can host small pets. Spacious room with moderate price range. Good service staff and empathetic management that aids the tenant's need during difficult time. Have shuttle bus service launched every 15 minutes in the morning to the BTS included into the rent price.

Hey there, i really enjoyed this place. The room was very spacious and very clean. I love how the condo is pet friendly and I cannot wait to come back and settle myself here. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will give them a 10/10 for their Customer Service.

The place was so lovely and comfortable to hang around, me and my family had so much fun and peaceful, highly recommended

Extremely a corrupt place to live. They have six towers in which two of them are uncompleted by a court order as they have violated distance requirements between buildings. They don't abide by law when it comes to deposit and electricity charges. Would not recommend it.
