This pool is attached to the Waterford Diamond Tower condominium. The pool has been closed for some time with no "school" in operation

It's an older building and I guess it was a building that tried to be what it's not. Everything looks tired and ho-hum. BUT if you're on a budget and if you need a place that's not too far off the trains, this could be it. Has a small cage and convenience store on the ground floor. Security looks ok at best. There's an upscale restaurant and dining area across he main road as well. This place is near the famous Daniel Thaiger burgers food truck, so you'll never get hungry

Lived in same management another condo with poor service. After moved new unit return deposit 90 days later!
And 1 year latet this time again Never return yoir deposit for 3 month.
Always same excuse every old agent quit so newbie's fault but it's habbitual.
They try to cheating 70000 THB for 80 days. It's illegal!
Sent bill but cheating the electric bill price again.
Super rude agents keep threatening me.
If I don't agree them he keep threaten me will not return money! They are crazy.
Charge 3000thb cleaning fee regardless how clean when you leave.
Not helpful anyone and change words everytime. Everybody liar.

The nicest part of this building is the gym and fight club, excellent facilities.
However there are too many other problems to list but here are the highlights. There is security which is great and you do need a key card to enter your floor, however you also need a key card to go from any floor to the lobby. Sounds ok? But.if you have a party you must walk each guest to the elevator and use your key card to allow them to go to the lobby. You can get in the elevator from any floor but unless you have a card you can’t exit the building and go to the lobby. Very very unsafe practice, management won’t listen to anyone. Also if you have a party you must go personally to the lobby and bring each guest up, you cannot leave a list with security and have guests check in with Identification. Real pain. So a party of 20 that was 12 trips down to the lobby and up having to leave guests alone. Not a great apartment building if you like to entertain.
There is no airconditioning in the lobby, but there is a huge air conditioned condo office with a beautiful reception area staring right at the lobby, no one is in there but tenants cannot go in there to wait for a car, tenants must wait in the hot humid lobby. I asked they said no you must wait out there, I said it’s very hot and humid, they said no you wait out there. REALLY? Nothing in this building makes sense.
The rent for a 3 bedroom is 53,0000+Baht plus utilities. The maid service is limited to washing floors and cleaning bathrooms. The cupboards in the kitchen smell like mould and when asked to repair it they simply painted over it. Air conditioners are loud. What more can be said? Our agent was great and has been helpful but I cannot say that about the rest of the staff. Good luck.

Review of apartments not Capital Hotel.
The management here are horrible. They change things constantly without informing the people who live here. Most recently, they made it so that you can't get out of the building without swiping a card. So dangerous. My elderly mother was visiting me. She was sick and we were meeting in the lobby to take her to the hospital. We didn't know they changed the card system. She got into the elevator and the doors closed but she could not press the lobby button without a key card. She was stuck in the elevator for a long time. She was so upset, she had to wait till another resident called the elevator and helped her get to the lobby. She had no phone to call me. She was devastated, crying and shaken. If there is a fire or a medical emergency, people will die in this building.

There is a reason that even the most expensive hotels in the world only require a key card to get in not out. This building is insane.

Bad experience. Worst service apartment ever, not clean. Everything looks just old and worn out. Will never stay there again.

It was a nice place, I appreciated it so much and the staffs are so approachable and kind. (P. S. I'm so sorry I just saw the rating I gave two years ago, it's accidentally done I guess, it's so rude to give a 1 star rating the fact that I was very satisfied.)

Quality apartments, free pool and children's playground on 35th and 22nd.
We didn't check out the supposedly quite good fitness club.

Stayed 4 times. Apart from AC everything was superb.specially the view from the top floors, the pool and the cafe in the lobby

Building is too old and kitchen is useless cause no provides any cooking equipments.why they make kitchen area. I have no ideas.and price is high to compare and nice hotels around same area.
Also.do not be cheated nice pictures.you can not get any higher floors on 4 floors. I expected to see night view at my room.however it is gone.so disappointed.do not get reservation at this rental apt.you must get same my feeling.

Premium place to get an apartment on rent. This place is very close to Phrom phong and Thong lo.

Very dangerous buiding fire alarm did not work.we had a fire in 35 floor this week, the alarme was disconnected and the buiding managment did not take any evacuation mesure.i m leaving on 42nd floor and my girl friend and other people have been intoxicated by the smooke.very very bad management in this tower.

I stayed with my relatives hear. They stay at the 35th floor and its an amazing place to view the Bangkok skyline. Very supporting staff and the security was top notch!

You would never believe that you get such a big room inside the Bangkok City for such a less price. This place is like a paradise for atleast Indian travelers who are doing budget trips.
