The sunset view is very nice, but you have to climb the stairs. There doesn't seem to be an elevator.

เข้าวัดมาเย็นตัวมาก ขึ้นไปข้างบนลมพัดตลอด ชอบมากเลยค่ะ ถ้าไม่ติดว่านั่งรถสาธารณะมา จะอยู่ให้ถึงวัดปิดเลย

A beautiful temple located in the city. By climbing the stairs to the top, you get a bird's eye view of the city. Being here around 3-4pm may allow you to catch beautiful light. For women, it is possible to buy a shawl at the entrance with a rental fee of 50 baht, and the entrance fee is 100 baht per person.it's worth to be seen.

Today, the local teacher took us here. Although it was raining today, the rain stopped after coming up. We were very lucky to see two beautiful rainbows. The place is very solemn, sacred and beautiful, and it is very worth visiting.

Nice and peace place for meditation and for making a merit. On the top of the golden mountain you can rest some time and take a view of Rattanakosin island.
The transportation can come by bus and walk or by boat in Sansarb canel. Tuk tuk or taxi is fine but they might charge to high price
There are coffeeshops around the temple and also food stores.

แลเมื่อรับชกาลที่ 4 ได้ขึ้นครองราชย์แล้ว จึงได้ทำการบูรณะดัดแปลงใหม่เปนเจดีย? ทรงรัฏังดังปัจจุบัน

เป็นสถานที่ที่นักท่องเที่ยวทั้งไทยและต่างชาติอยากมาท่องเที่ยวสักการะสักครั้งหนึ่งเมื่อได้มีโอกาสมาท่องเที่ยวที่กรุงเทพ ตอนนี้ทางวัดมีการพัฒนาซ่อมแซมให้หลายๆจุดดีขึ้น น่ามาเที่ยวครับ การเดินทางสะดวกใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวมากมายครับ

Phra Ubosot Wat Saket is connected to Golden Mountain, but actually they are two separate entities. I can suggest a visit together.

Golden Mountain is a hill built by Rama III and it was then the highest point in Bangkok. You get up there by a staircase that is beautifully decorated all the way up. The descent is a bit more spartan

The toilet building at the foot of the "mountain" is a story in itself. Here you must take off your shoes before entering. Here you can stick your size 46 feet down in a children's sandal! Yes, they then how to spread athlete's foot.

Parking, like elsewhere in Bangkok, is a problem.

This is a magnificent temple, but you have to pay cash only. Other things need to improve too, then it'll be perfect.

เป็นวัดที่สวยงามมากสร้างตั้งแต่ร. 5และมาทำใหม่ร. 9 จากสีขาวมาเป็นสีทองสวยงามมาก มาไหว้พระขอพร ช่วงนี้คลไม่ค่อยเยอะด้วย

The evening sunset view is spectacular. The temple has a 50 baht entry fee if you are foreigner. About 300 steps climb and a great Aerial view of Bangkok. It's really worth the visit

Nice place to visit in Bangkok also have a very interesting story about this temple, normally people see this temple from far away but actually this place have a very nice architecture to see as well, upstair also have coffee shop:) please visit on the roof and take a wish.

It is temple, Buddhist temple.
Seriously it is nice temple with beautiful view on Bangkok. The entrance fee for Non-Thai is 50 Baht.

The climb is not at all difficult and you are treated with a panoramic view over Bangkok’s old town. There are other smaller sightseeing places around so visitors can easily spend more than a couple of hours in the area.

One of big temple in Bangkok, free for locals however 50thb for foreigner, around 300 steps to reach the top, beautiful view
