เคยเอา 16 1.4 Sigma Emount มาซ่อมหลายปีแล้ว เพราะแมวทำตก เลนสแตก ช่างซ่อมราคาไม่แพง วันนี้ Hood 24-70 GMii สปริงหาย ถือมาช่างทำให้ฟรี ไม่ยอมให้จ่ายเงิน ประทับใจมากครับ ถึงจะไม่อยากเจอกันบ่อยๆ55555 แต่ถ้ากล้องเสีย มาร้านนี้แน่นอน

Have taken my Sony A7II to this place twice for repair. On both occasions it's come back well repaired and on time, and for a good price (certainly much cheaper than a Sony outlet would charge).

The staff are efficient (if not overly friendly) and are able to quickly identify problems. They lose a star for their slow communication - usually takes quite a long time to get a response via LINE.

Apart from that, great service and will happily trust them to fix my camera in future if required. Recommended.

Hello guys, I want to share my experience of repairs in this workshop.

I live on the island of Koh Samui and I was engaged in professional photography. Previously, I lived in India and there was a problem with my Sony a7 iii camera, my display broke during shooting, in India I could not find where my camera would be repaired. After a while I moved to Thailand to the island of Koh Samui.

On the island, local craftsmen advised me to order a new display, I ordered it and received it, then I took it to the master, but the display still does not work.

I went to Bangkok, selected several workshops on maps, visited them, they said that perhaps the board for the display or the cable from the display to the camera was not working, the result is the same, they can’t help me, I asked where I can buy such a board, but everywhere I They said that I couldn’t do this in Bangkok, just wait for the part to be ordered, or go to the Sony service center.

On the same day I went to the Sony service center, they wanted to help me there, but they have too much bureaucracy, and they don’t want to help quickly, they told me that I need to wait at least 10 days, but I need the camera urgently, it’s impossible to wait 10 days for me.

I was about to leave back to Samui, having lost hope that I could fix the camera, but finally I decided to try my luck at the Vimon Camera Pro workshop, I gave the camera for diagnostics, a nice woman accepted the order, at all stages of our communication she was impeccably polite and interested in helping for me, she said that they would try to do everything possible in their power, I waited, only one hour passed and the woman came out and said that the technician had fixed the display, I was in shock, I wanted to cry with happiness, I could not believe that it's possible.

It turned out that the master was a professional and decided to get out of the situation by fixing my board for the LSD monitor, no need to wait for any spare parts to order, he simply restored what I had, bravo master!

จะเปลี่ยนจอ ครั้งแรกบอกว่า 2500 รอของนะแล้วจะแจ้งไป ผ่านไปอาทิตย์หนึ่งยังเงียบ ไปอีกครั้งหนึ่งเพื่อจะส่งซ่อมคิดราคาเพิ่มเป็น 3000 และให้เอากล้องไว้ที่ร้านก่อน พนง. บอกว่าอาจจะไม่ชัวร์ สงสัยว่าน่าจะเอาจอเก่ามาเปลี่ยน แต่ราคาเขาคิดเป็นจอใหม่นะคะ

เอาแฟลสไปส่งซ่อม ตอนอยู่ภายในร้านเขียนบิลอีกราคา ตอนไปรับของคิดราคาแพงขึ้น แล้วถามกลับว่าจะรับงานซ่อมไหมถ้าไม่รับจะแก้งานคืน แก้งานคือ ติดกาวส่วนที่หักกับเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ ทำไมตีราคาตามใจชอบจังครับ ก่อนซ่อมทำไมไม่โทรมาย้ำกับลูกค้าว่า ราคามีเปลี่ยนแปลง ขอให้ลูกค้าคนใหม่ๆโชคดีครับ
