Viva Garden Serviced Residence

Stayed here for a week to hang out with my friends. Locates 2 mins from Bang Chak BTS, it's only a few stations from Terminal 21, Asoke and other places. Hotel is under renovation now but it's spacious and clean amid been a bit run down. Quiet and accessible, this hotel offers one of the best value in town. Service is good and employees accommodating. I would stay here again if I am in Bangkok.

Really good hotel, as well being good in 2018! If you get lucky, you can get a nice view of Bangkok.

Stayed in the familyroom for 4 nights. This hotel is very child-friendly, and has high chairs available for our infants. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is conviently located close to the skytrain station BangChak, from which you can go to the city center in 25 minutes.

- I just had my dinner, only finished 5% of the steak. Ordered roasted Australian steak but the meat was horrible, I called it flipflop meat. I can only finished the mashed potato and spinach.
+ Everything but the steak:) the services, the kindness, the pool, the area, the smell, very near to the station. I'll stay here again for sure.

Spacious studio room and a stone throw away from the BTS station. The doorman, Patrick is friendly and hospitable. Remember to tip him.

This is the absolute best place to stay. The staff are all top tier, and they treated my family with great care. Room service makes you want to stay in and the chef is of the highest caliber. Try the entire menu, we did, with no disappointments. The shower was excellent with the best water pressure. Beds were the most comfortable of all we've slept in during our 3 months travel. The tvs are huge, at least 50 inch, and they had several channels in English. The pool was clean and very inviting, with a large grassy area next to it. Fitness center had all you need and more. To top it off the full wrap around patio and wall to wall windows made your room very open with an outstanding view. The location couldn't be better as it was just feet away from the BTS and walking distance to many malls and other shopping. We only stayed a week but the staff made us feel like family. Oh. Don't forget breakfast, so delicious and again the staff are top notch there too.

Located in Bangkok's Bangjak Station, the hotel was quiet, spacious, and all the facilities were moderately perfect. The employees are kind and friendly. Across from the hotel, the market is open everyday, so you can buy and eat food and fresh fruit.

Great service! Beautiful and spacious room. Excellent location (next to BTS station). A big plus for their buffet breakfast.

Very convenience place, 1 minute from BTS Bang Chak. Room very big and not expensive. Suitable for family.

The room is great for family. Viva is one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. I give it 4 star now because the service is not the same as before since Naphat left.

The room is great, is like living in an apartment.

The location is far away from Siam but if you party in Ekamai /Thonglor the hotel is perfect.

Great hotel. Well located and close to BTS station. Very convenient if you have a show at Bitec. Close to Thong Lo station for nightlife.

Many facilities for your comfort, room is big and decide to seperate bed room and living room with kitchen. You can see view of bts and relax in terrace area.

The place to be if you stay in Bangkok! Very good location, direct access to the BTS Train. Right at famous Sukhumvit road Very large, spacious and new rooms. Good value for money considered to many other places. Friendly, good breakfast. Limited restaurant for Dinner but there are plenty of choices outside the hotel.

Big comfortable bed in a big comfortable room with a big bathtub to soak off the jet lag.oh and a big tasty breakfast

Very Cooperative folks, nice big rooms, good for families. Kids area, pool at both good as well.

Minus - location a little off though being near the highway every tourist attraction is nearly the same time-distance, and the other minus is limited food options given only one restaurant (not 24x7) - the kitchenette in the room is helpful!
