ครั้งนี้ขอวีซ่าเป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้วค่ะกับบริษัทvisa togoก็ยังได้รับความสะดวกเหมือนเดิมค่ะประทับใจมากค่ะ

บริการดีเยี่ยมใส่ใจลูกค้าดีมากเลยครับ ตอบคำถามได้ตรงจุดทุกเรื่องเลยครับ ถ้าอยากทำวีซ่าต้องที่นี่เลยครับ แนะนำครับทุกคน

ทีมเอกสารไม่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเรื่องวีซ่าอิตาลี่ แนะนำไปในทางที่ผิดทำให้วีซ่าโดนปฏิเสธ ทีมแอดมินตอบช้า ไม่สมราคาที่คิดเกือบ 2 หมื่นบาท ไม่แนะนำบริษัทนี้

เป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้วค่ะที่ใช้บริการวีซ่าทูโก รู้สึกประทับใจทุกครั้ง พนักงานน่ารักเป็นกันเอง ช่วยจัดเตรียมเอกสารให้ดีมากๆค่ะ มีโอกาสจะใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Terrible service takes your money tells you everything is arranged and then when you arrive tell you the person who arranged it is no longer working there so everything will be delayed by 6-8 weeks so no refunds,

Very bad service, not trusted at all, ignore calls and messages, not followed agreements, delete any negative comments on Facebook

ลงไปยื่นเอกสาร PR Visa Canada ที่สำนักงานที่กรุงเทพด้วยตัวเอง วันที่9 ม. ค. 2023 เราเตรียมข้อมูลให้เรียบร้อยเกือบทุกอย่าง จ่ายเงิน 33,000 บาททำสัญญาในวันนั้น เอกสารอะไรไม่ครบเราก็รีบหาให้ในทันใด ในตอนนี้วันที่25 กุมภาพันธ์2023 เอกสารและความคืบหน้า ยังไม่มีวี่แววส่งไปแคนาดา จ่ายเงินไปแล้ว น้อยมากที่เจ้าหน้าที่จะติดต่อให้ความคืบหน้า ต้องโทรถามเอง ต้องแชทถามเอง บางครั้งก็ตอบบ้าง ไม่ตอบบ้าง เหตุผลที่ได้คือช่วงนี้ลูกค้าเยอะ ติดงาน ติดประชุม ทำไมตอนที่ยังไม่วางเงินทำไมบริการดีจัง พอจ่ายเงินเซ็นต์สัญญาแล้ว เหมือนโดนลอยแพ ดองเอกสาร สำหรับลูกค้า วีซ่ามีความหมายมากมายสำหรับครอบครัวที่รออยู่ทางโน้น แต่ทางVisatogo คือดองเอกสารปล่อยเลยตามเลย ถ้าทางคุณแก้ไขการบริการและ ปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงาน ห่วงลูกค้าบ้าง Update ข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าทราบบ้าง เราจะแก้รีวิวให้ค่ะ แต่ตอนนี้ ขอพูดและระบายในฐานะลูกค้าคนนึง ที่ถูกVisatogo ลอยแพ ไม่รู้อนาคตจะได้Visa ปีไหน ถ้าเจ้าหน้าที่และระบบงานดองเอกสารเก่งแบบนี้

เพิ่งเคยทำวีซ่าครั้งแรกค่ะ เพื่อนแนะนำให้ลองมาใช้บริการของที่นี่ รู้สึกค่อนข้างประทับใจค่ะ เจ้าหน้าที่อธิบายข้อมูลได้ค่อนข้างละเอียดดี พยายามหาแหล่งอ้างอิงมาให้ดูตลอดเลย ทำให้ข้อมูลรู้สึกน่าเชื่อถือระดับนึง แต่เหมือนที่นี่ลูกค้าค่อนข้างจะเยอะ แอบติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ยากนิดนึง โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจค่ะ จะกลับมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอน

ไม่ปลื้มกับการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างมาก ก่อนจ่ายเงินพูดดีมากพอจ่ายเงินไปแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่เอกสารสะเพร่า ไม่ใส่ใจในเคส ตอนแรกบอกไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายอะไรเพิ่มไปๆมาๆขอค่าแปลเอกสารเพิ่มอีกสี่พัน (ทั้งๆที่มันควรรวมใน9700ไปแล้ว) การบริการห่วยแตก หวังแต่เงิน

My girlfriend asked a visa for France, she get it.but what an terrible experience with that company!
- Poor information to give the right paper, should asked many times by message, and answer not often.
- Mistake about almost the only paper they have to make
- Over charge 1600thb because of their mistake (already paid 9000thb in beginning for that service)
And keep attention about that overcharge, i explain: my girlfriend went it the company visatogo, to go with one of their staff to Tsl contact (kind of company work for french embassy) few weeks before we sended to them all the paper by Line (message app) they said everything was alright. But arrival at Tsl contact, staff of this company said have mistake about one paper (paper visatogo made), so to keep going on that same queue and make change that paper quickly they overcharged my girlfriend 1600thb, for a mistake come from them! I asked refund that money but of course they will not. I just wanted to share that bad experience with that company not assume their act and their mistakes! Even no apologies!

Terrible experience. They took my girlfriends money and then:

- didn't answer the phone to tell her what docs to get ready or answer questions
- requested documents from her the day before the appointment such as getting 6 months of bank statements with less than 24 hrs to go
- didnt turn up on time at the appointment meaning the slot was missed
- gave poor information and allowed her to submit documents that would never pass for a Shengen visa

I mean you could literally not get a worse experience. The longshot is that we would have been much better off doing it ourselves and this company not only took her money (non refundable), but activity advised routes that led to failure.

No visa, less money. I'd advise to find a different company.
