Nurses and doctors here are really nice and helpful. Moreover, the hospital is equipped with the most up to date medical technology I can rely on. I had a great experience consulting with an Orthopedic doctor here and it’s really amazing.

Had a fantastic experience here very recently. Love how spacious the hospital is. Didn’t have to wait so long to register since it’s my first time here. Then with help of the staff I quickly got to meet the doctor. Highly recommended

ที่บ้านมาใช้บริการที่นี่ทุกครั้งที่เจ็บป่วย เป็นลูกค้ามายาวนาน รพ. มีแต่พัฒนาดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ แล้วจะเปลี่ยนใจไปรักษารพ. อื่นได้ไงครับเนี่ย

They don't care and ignore patients questions specially the Arabic department. I sent two questions on whatsup to the arabic dept.and they promised to answer in 3 days but regret 5 days passed and I got no answer. How can I trust them? !

Very bad timing, don’t stick with the appointment, if you take an appointment in advance you are going to wait for at least two hours maybe more, I had same issue every time

For checkup good as general but not all doctors professional also not all staff Collaborators. Not committed to appointment time

Customer service desks near the front gate are worst in their behavior, no smile, offer no help if asked something or information. Few doctors tease and scold patients that are very unexpected, humiliating and disgusting. Location is not good, very far from Bangkok downtown.

Very helpful hospital worth every penny. The Burmese translator was very very helpful he can clearly translate everything and explain to doctor which was very helpful. Can't believe translator follow us from 11 AM till 5 PM till we finished all our medical checkup. Overall very good hospital doctor and nurse done perfect job and I really appreciated the Burmese translator.

The hospital environment is very nice. Also, the doctor's are friendly. No doubt the medical is equiped with the advenced medical technolologies, overall appreciate with the service.

One of the cleanest, friendliest and state of the art hospitals I've been to. The doctors will listen and then treat.

Excellent Dental Center and the staff are very helpful, Dr. Thaworn is really a great Dental Implant Specialist and the hospital facility is very modern and clean

Went here for a simple teeth cleaning and x-ray. They picked me up at my hotel, but were late, so I was 20 minutes late to my appointment. When I got there the doctor I had an appointment with was not there. The dentist there didn't identify themselves and was in rush to get me in and out. I didn't do the x-rays I left after the teeth cleaning. I will find a different dentist.

มาทำเลสิกที่นี่ บรรยากาศดี พนักงานดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี แปลกใจนิดนึง ตั้งแต่เข้ามาหลายรอบ ยังไม่เห็นพยาบาลที่ใส่ชุดขาวของพยาบาลเลย ค่ารักษาเป็นมิตรดีกว่ารพ. ที่ใช้บริการเป็นประจำอีก

แต่ข้อเสียคือ บางครั้ง ยังคุยกับหมอไม่เสร็จ แต่บุรุษพยาบาลชอบเปิดประตู ห้องตรวจ ไล่เร็วเกินไป

Such a rude translater one of their translator name Kim is an impolite person. She/he's got a bad temper to patient with a small reason. I don't want why that hospital have staff like this. Teach your staff how to speak polite if you don't want to lost your customer by bad wispher or gossip. I will never ever recommend my friend*********
