We took the 2 hour formula it was magnificent the ladies are adorable and very caring
We were also treated to tea and dessert as well as a great blow dry.
I recommend 100%!

I think the concept and service of this place was great. Effort was really put in to try and accommodate me as much as possible. However, I don't think I'll be going back just because of my type of hair. I think this service is best for 4a and less hair. I have 4c so it needed to be sectioned off and combed through while shampooing/conditioning. I could tell the shampoo lady didn't know what to do because she kept squeezing my puff ball instead of working the shampoo through. She did a really good job scrubbing my scalp though which was the highlight of the entire experience. I'd suggest reading up on different types of hair and how best to work with it before accepting clients of all hair types. All the best.

The massage was less than average, and the person who did my hair was not in the mood to do her job properly which was unfortunate because 990BHT for a weak service is a waste of money. You also need a good translation app to communicate with the staff:)

I visited this spa for the first time and was impressed by its relaxing atmosphere and the friendly staff. The ASMR experience was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage, cleanliness, and charming ambiance. I'm definitely planning to return.

I was very excited for this spa treatment after seeing so many glowing reviews on Instagram.

Sorry to say but I was left disappointed. First off, when I visited the spa, there were 5-6 staff there and nobody could speak even conversational English. Normally I would totally understand but this is an expensive service done on my body. The fact that no staff member could understand my concerns or requests didn't raise confidence. If you are actively advertising to foreigners, having at least 1 staff who can understand conversational English would have been good.
I asked several times for the masseuse to reduce her pressure. She was massaging me like I was a cow getting ready for slaughter. Half my hair has fallen off my head it feels like because the massage was so hard. I told her repeatedly to reduce pressure, but she didn't understand at all.
The fact that nobody in the staff could understand me was uncomfortable. Plus, after a point, no matter what I said, the staff was just laughing. It got annoying pretty quick.

Second, they don't know how to handle non-Asian hair. My hair gets tangled when you wash it because it's wavy. The masseuse kept pulling my hair and didn't stop even when I made it very clear that it was hurting me. Even post service, they only have one option for blow dry. They can straighten your hair and that's it. When I said no straighten, they just left it messy, laughing about how it was looking again.

Overall, I would not recommend this service to non-Thai speakers. The staff doesn't understand you at all, and make no attempt to either. Their go to reaction is laughing at evening, even at their own inadequacy. It was a huge waste of money.
