Very poor customer service. 3 years of school photos with them and their loyalty to customers is lacking. School photos are inconsistent each year. Such a shame, if they could only improve their customer service and loyalty I am sure they would be a fantastic business. Overall disappointed

When I contact them on line, they don't read my messages and I feel uneasy.
The male photographer is nice and cheerful.
We make reservations to go, so there is plenty of room to park.
