Service was very friendly and we got by fine with just English. They offered water before the massage and gave us tea after, which was nice. We got the 60 minute Thai massage for 500 baht. This was our first Thai massage experience, so perhaps this is normal, but it was very intense. We were expecting more of a comforting, relaxing massage but this was more deep tissue, kneading out knots and cracking our bodies. Not that we generally have an issue with having that done, but it would have been nice to have it end with a more gentle massage. We kept hearing about how you should get massages multiple times a day if you are visiting Thailand because they are so cheap and relaxing, but this was not that. Perhaps it's because it's a higher end place than many of the ones you walk passed on the street? Regardless, I don't think we'll be back for another. We did appreciate the thoughtful service, though.

Not much different if compared with the basic Thai massage I used to have in Health Land. In terms of price, here is a little bit more expensive. However, less customers. This could save you times if you don’t have a reservation and need to wait for a long time in Health Land.

Ive been living in bangkok for the past year and i have tried highly price upscale to very low cost massage in thailand and my experience with urban retreat was one of the worst ever! For an hour of massage she was massaing my bones rather then my stiff muscles and she was using her weight almost suffocating me, i couldnt breath most of the time and after massage session was over, my neck literally got worse and my whole body was so sore.i complained to the front desk the only answer i received was sorry. I did not request for any refund i just wanted them to take this seriously and no coustmers in the future will get mistreated. However front desk didnt treat this situation correctly rather then working it out sorry was the only answer. Im very very dissapointed with this place. This place is pretty high scale massage place, its not like random massage place that cost 100 baht for an hour. Im very dissapointed the front desk and how they train there employees.

Better than expected. Good service and very relaxing. Managed to fall asleep with their good massage. Very relaxing.

The place is clean.
I requested for an experienced massage therapist upon booking and got one.
She is certainly very competent and spreading of positive energy.
She even managed to relieve my knee pain, was very impressed by the result after the session.

Take the exit 4 from BTS Asok, the shop is just next to the exit staircase. For those go for oil massage, you will be requested to take a quick shower in the room before the massage start. Overall I'm satisfied with the 90min massage session, however if they equipped with relaxing music in the room, that will be added value and helps guest went on relax mode faster.

500baht for 1 hour of quality food massage. Masseuse is very experienced and professional. Even threw in a free head and shoulder massage at the end. Make a reservation if you're going in the weekends!

I came here to get my eyebrows and upper lip cleaned up. The lady who did it for me was so kind and gentle with me. I have fine light eyebrows and just told her to clean it up though it may not look like I needed it and she did exactly what I asked for. All the products she used smelled delicious and was very calming. They even let you borrow some slippers and I felt like I was walking on clouds.

My masseuse was really good which made up for the super loud front desk staff. We didn’t even get welcome drinks.

I love this place. The place is clean, there are many of private rooms with shower. The masseuse are professional and the price is reasonable.

I called to make an appointment, I rocked up as per spa etiquette 10-15 mins earlier. Very easy fuss-free registration and payment (before treatment). Didn't attempt to oversell, good quality oils and my therapist was very experienced with the right amount of pressure. Located next to Asok BTS, how convenient is that!

Near the Asok BTS station. We walkin and waited for 20 mins. The staff is ok and we feel good after the massage. The environment is normal and the price is fair too. THB 750 for Thai massage 90 mins.

Great experience. Had foot massage.even if it was a bit too hard for me, it felt marvelous afterwards! Great smell with aromatic oils throughout the entire complex.
