Food on average is reasonably good. The tortilla is good, the cochinillo is tender but not tasty (spiced) enough, the paellas are not properly cooked, the rice is still too watery and there is no burnt rice at the bottom of the pan. The prawns in olive oil and cayenne pepper are good.
Don't choose wine from the iPad. These are not value for money. Ask for the wine list on paper. That wine list offers good quality wines at reasonable prices.

Service. Good. The maître D (named "M") is very friendly. Waiters need more training, we had a rioja "Reserva" 2016 red wine with sediment at the bottom. The waitress made the last pour with the bottle upside-down pouring out all the sediments into my glass. Wine glasses are nice and from Lucaris.
Cutting the cochinillo with a plate is nicely done and to you standard. Although breaking the plate at the end of the cut is expected but is not environmentaly friendly.

Atmosphere. The view is very nice. One of the best ones in Bangkok.

I was there for a private function. It has a good view but not really panoramic. Food is so so, not special. Maybe more like a place to hang out.

Wonderful Spanish food. The Gambas is delicious and the pork sausage paella is also very good.

I think it's a good place to experience without fail on your Bangkok itinerary with a good view.

The attention to detail in this resteraunt is bar none, the Chicken Paella was very good but not quite as good as we've had in Spain. Lovely touch with the Birthday cake and live music on the Saturday made the occasion extra special. Thanks for your hospitality.

Tapas good as always but the paella was dry the rice cooked too short. I The only apology was a glass of it was a glass of white sangria.

Incredible Skyview restaurant, bar with DJ and most importantly, the view! Wow.
Make certain to go to very top for the dj. Dinner was great, I had a Ceasars salad and the portion size was quite generous.

We had a relaxed lunch here on a Sunday, surprisingly quiet. Bright interiors, nice view from the 54th floor. Excellent service from the head waiter. We enjoyed the food, especially the wagyu beef (surprisingly lean), gambass pil pil, baby chicken, and snow fish pil pil. Prices slightly on the high side for Bangkok. Overall it was very satisfying.

Great place for celebrating special ocassion. Nice spanish restaurant with various stunning menus. Unforgettabledish must be paella. The staff are so nice. Also it’s the best place to see the sunset with affordable prices

My first visit to Uno mas was 5 years ago and that year I repeatedly went back but because there were so many new restaurants popping up these days, I haven’t been back for so long. I must say I still love it and would go back for the Basque sausage and Unomas paella The interior needs to be redone asap! As everything is getting old and the chairs are super uncomfortable. The price is definitely on the expensive side but I must say they make the best paella. Still highly recommended!

Great bar, amazing atmosphere and great drinks. Linked up stairs to a sky bar with a beautiful view of Bangkok city.

Excellent service, perfect view, Drink is so gorgeous. Bartender is very kind and expert. Spanish food is so tasty like I ate in Madrid.

Beautiful food, hotel, views.
I went for lunch and was quiet. If you like more crowded, better at night time.
Also the views are more beautiful at night with all the city lights.
But I like quiet, so was perfect for me.
They have many wine options if you like wine and many premium ingredients from Spain.

Excellent restaurant with a fantastic open air view of the city. The main dining room offers a relaxed upscale atmosphere with subtle touches to add a little bit of modern Madrid to your dinner.

Service is exemplary and adds a wonderful touch to the many delicious food and wine options that await. Conveniently located near BTS in the Centara Grand it's definitely worth adding to your Bangkok dining list.

Used to be one of my go to Spanish place, but after 2 years of not coming here, I felt the place had changed. The place is on 54th floor of Centara Grand hotel, giving it stunning view of Bangkok. However, the service is mediocore, as the waiter/waitress always ask which table order the plate they are carrying from other staffs. The food tasted ok, while some of the dishes tasted blander than I remember. Overall, the place had changed over the years and I felt like the quality for both service and food had dropped. Still, the view is great and would be a nice place to drink and enjoy little tapas, but don’t expect superb service or flavourful food.

Uno Mas lives up to its name of having great Spanish style tapas in Bangkok. Located on the 54th floor of Centara Grand, you can enjoy majestic views of the city's skyline while seated in a chilled and cozy atmosphere. Ordered a baby spinach (great salad with fresh parmesan cheese), the gambas tapas and octopus. While the gambas lacked a little flavor/spices, the octopus was cooked to perfection. The pork tapas with crispy skin is not to be missed. Tender and succulent with a well balanced jus. For the main, I thoroughly enjoyed there angel hair pasta with main lobster despite a slightly small portion for 3 to 4 people. Finally, don't miss there chocolate cheesecake dessert with rasberries!
