Very clean rooms with nice amenities! Staff is very kind and I feel I get very good value for money. Has a nice little fitness center on the rooftop too. Location is also nice as it’s not too noisy/crowded but still a lot of good eating options nearby.

Clean & nice service.lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bars around here.ekkami road is too long.everyday i walked 1.5km to BTS Ekkami station as daily exercise.not bad. Travel in tropical zone, wash machine is very useful. Stay here one week, enjoy relax life.

I had a wonderful stay of 7 nights at united residence. Clean and spacious room. Service and security are the best. Hope to u see u all again.

Lovely place, with amazingly friendly staff, always helpful and smiling. Security is great, and they are also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice with well kept furniture and clean look. New Smart-TVs in every room, and wifi works well on each floor.

This is a reasonably priced hotel/serviced apartment. It is located on a small sub-soi off busy Ekkamai road. Despite the very busy road it is very quiet at night and you can sleep uninterrupted. The hotel is 100% Covid compliant and a test is required to enter. The security is very good. There is parking on site and the hotel is wheel chair compatible. The rooms and premises are spotlessly clean. It is very convenient for families, who are readily welcomed, and the apartments have small kitchens with refrigerator, sink, dishes, small stovetop with ventilator, and an outdoor washing and drying area. The kitchen area has a door to keep the smell of cooking out of the room (s) and it also has a door to the washing area to allow fresh air. There is a shoe storage built in at the entry. The furnishings are up to date and very functional. The windows are double and the terrace door has a screen. The air-conditioning is more than sufficient and is quiet. There is a large screen smart television, small eating table and a desk work area. The beds are firm but not too hard. The bathrooms have a shower/tub, sink, and protected wall outlet. The water pressure is good and the water gets hot. This is a well run and very accomodating hotel/apartment. Highly recommended to all and especially families. Even though I saw young children, I did not hear them even one time. The building appears to be well constructed and is one of the few places that have smoke detectors. Highly recommended.

TLDR: you will get what you pay for.

This place has nothing but spaciousness. A barely working internet, have to walk at least 20mins to go to malls and especially the bed make very noisy sound when I even move my body a little bit. Plus I can here unexpected noise from the upstairs, the hallway and the street.

I finally slept on the couch which made me more comfortable. This place gave us a nice gift which had me and my wife sleep separately as a first time since our marriage.

I paid for 4 days here however will leave a day prior as I already told how we hate this place hahahahahaha.

You can still stay here if you wanna break your back muscle.

The best place to stay in Bangkok! We found this place by accident and will be back. Very helpful staff: we asked for pots, pans, rice cooker and they provided everything we requested. There is also a very friendly owner who really cares about cleanliness. Room cleaning took about 30-40 minutes, you can imagine how clean it is. There is also very good furniture and appliances. During our stay there (1 month) they upgraded the washing machine and TV even though the old things were good. The location is just amazing because it's not noisy. I would put 10 stars

First trip to Bangkok and the best place in my view to stay. Located in an upscale neighborhood and off the main road ensuring privacy and quiet. The rooms were sparkly clean, daily change of towels, and sheets along with cleaning. Washing machine in the room is a boon. Smoking is allowed in the balcony and on the terrace which gives you a nice view as well.

Clean rooms and comfy beds. Superb location situated in the heart of Bangkok's night life and also a foodie's paradise due to all the great restaurants and café surrounding the area. Staff and owner were very friendly and had excellent service mind during our stay. Will not hesitate to come back in the future.

I love such hotels where its simple yet very comfortable.when the location next to a lively road and a transportation service then it feeeeel goooood. New hotel make u feel deee maaak. Spacious and super clean to the tee. Staff was extra helpful with all your needs. Very attentive to details. Location was very good as its accessible to all roads.

Good Location, can get bus to Pratunam Market or the Ekkamai station, rooms clean & quiet, booking again for may and will use this as a base every time i come to BKK

Superb location, very clean rooms and most importantly the warm and incredible hospitality we received exceeded our expectations. Value for money was also great for such a great location. 10/10 overall.

We've had the most wonderful 2-week stay at United Residence! The staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved that they offered complimentary water bottles every day and free coffee/tea downstairs in reception. The rooms are clean and spacious. We work while traveling, and the internet has been reliable. The one-bedroom apartment was perfect for working and relaxing. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly, and the shower water heater was hot with good pressure. Washing machine worked well too for laundry. We truly had everything we needed for our stay! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Bangkok!

I changed the rating as none of the requests I made were fulfilled. Washing machine is way too dirty to use. I rather consider laundry service. Facing a pub is definitely very noisy, unable to change another room and have to face that noise every night, hopefully none of you get that.
