7Great service. They recognized me from my phone number. Remember my previous use locations. Great experience with them.
Good experience with drivers so far. The app needs a lot of improvement, especially for credit card payment and advanced booking for 4 or 6 hours ride. Needed to call in to get confirmation. The call center rep was good though. Eventually the app should be able to work well on its own, hopefully.
I have been using u drink I drive service for so so many time.and today they send me driver who is not feelings well. He had cough and heavy voice. So I ask the driver do u have a cold. And he reply yes. He is not feeling well.why will the company send a staff who is not at his 100 percent to service customer. Not happy at all.
Efficient service, polite and good driver.saved me, as drove through 2 police blocks on way home!
