13Unfortunately my wife and I booked N'Dee's place for a week, through airbnb, and cancelled the booking as soon as we got there. The place was very old, the tv wasn't working properly, the place was quite smelly and dirty, there was even urine on the toilet seat. The location is very good, right in the center of a busy area with a lot of to do but you can definitely find something better for the same price. I definitely don't recommend it.
Location is great, almost everything at a stone's throw. Apartment is ok, rooms are smaller. Easy to locate.

This apartment is a perfect location near the trains, restaurants, malls, and pretty much anything you need for day to day living.
Old apartment, really really out dated. Selling point is the location. Try to avoid it if there someone doing business like Airbnb. Careful

A very nice place to stay while in vacation to Bangkok, Sukhumvit. Accessible in Terminal 21, BTS train to ride and in Tops market and more activities to do while here so what are you waiting for book now.

Be not worth the price: (
Very near to terminal 21 and bts station. Convenient but quiet residence area. There are small gym and poll located at level 3, the gym is little bit worn out. Security guard is friendly and helpful.
Perfect Bangkok location for subway, Skytrain, Terminal 21, Cowboy.you name it. An address I return to again and again. Check on Air Bnb.
Great location close to everything. Walking distance to terminal 21.
The bts and mrt station is only a 5 min walk for this place
