TWG Tea at Emporium

High quality exceptional tea, but the prices are expensive. My favorite Assam Black Tea.
Earl gray ice cream is very delicious.

My second time at TWG in Emporium and I think it was a bit meh for afternoon tea. Don't get me wrong, it was a decent experience but I did not think the staff were overly eager to assist - and, though they were polite when approached, I didn't love the service. Food was okay - the macarons, in particular, were great. Tea could have been free flow but it was not. Other than that, I would still prefer the Maa-Lai Library or Divana Signature Cafe. The St. Regis is also pretty decent for afternoon tea, to be fair.

Went there with no expectations and knew nothing about the tea. Then luckily discover one of the best cheese cake and chocolate cake around here.

Excellent service and superb tea collection. Tea Mocktails are so refreshing and pleasant. Ice cream is very nice.

The greatest choice of tea I've seen till now and also tasty. Very elegant and stylish atmosphere. The cakes were interesting and delicious. Quite pricey though.

Better afternoon tea than many hotels. Most likely, you’ll come for the tea but will return for the food.

I got the Christmas special set and everything was superb. The seabass complimented the sauce very well and the mocktail was so great.

This branch is often very busy and full, so expect to wait a bit. Not sure if you can reserve.

The service is good, never doubt about it especially in Thailand.
Try the siam special set, it was nice. Price vise, it's on the high side. If wanna catch up with someone in quiet with high budget, TWG is good option.

ปกติก็จะเลี่ยงความหวาน แต่ถ้าเป็นร้านนี้ต้องขอเติมน้ำเชื่อม ไม่รู้สิรู้สึกมีความหอม ความหวานแบบสดชื่น เริงร่า:)

พนักงานบริการแย่ มาจองโต๊ะไว้เป็นชม. ไม่โทรตามทั้งๆที่ร้านมีโต๊ะว่างต้องให้กลับมาถามเองว่าได้โต๊ะรึยัง สั่งเมนูไปก็ไม่ได้ตามที่สั่ง

ส่วนผู้จัดการดูแลลูกค้าดี มาถามความพอใจขอโทษแทนพนักงาน ตามอาหารให้

So wonderful to take a brunch or tea time there.
I only decide to go there after 6 years in Bangkok. I really regret to not have been before.

การให้บริการสุภาพดีค่ะ ชามีให้เลือกเยอะมากเป็นร้อยๆรายการเลย สั่งafternoon tea มามาการองอร่อย ส่วนขนมเราเลือกได้ ที่เลือกมารุ้สึกเฉยๆไม่ว๊าวแต่ไม่แย่ ราคาแรงตามแบรนด์เลยค่ะ

ชาดี ขนมอร่อย ตัวเจลลี่ชาที่เสิร์ฟมากับขนมอร่อยมาก ร้านค่อนข้างร้อนนั่งไม่สบาย และบริการแต่ละอย่างช้ามาก ต้องมีเวลาจริงๆ

Great service, excellent product and beautiful environment to sip tea in!

My favourite item on the menu is the fresh scones with the Earl Grey jam. I always take home some UVA Highlands BOP tea.it's my favourite!

Excellent place with delicious food. There are Western as well as more Thai themed options. Probably the best twg, I've been to (they are an international chain). I highly recommend this place and the snow fish is extremely good.

This is a high end restaurant, so obviously expect a higher price. For me however, I couldn't get a lobster dish for 10 dollars in the U. S. So it's all relative!

อาหารและชาที่เลื่องชื่อ ของ สิงคโปร์ และแบรนด์นี้ดังจนขยายสาขาไป 23 ประเทศทั่วโลก 1837 TWG ไม่ได้หมายความว่า ก่อตั้งบริษัท มาตั้งแต่ปี 1837 แต่เป็นปีที่ก่อตั้งหอการค้าสิงค์โปร์ ซึ่งการก่อตั้งในครั้งนั้น คือใบชาและเครื่องเทศครับ ส่วน TWG ย่อมาจาก The Wellbeing Group ซึ่งเปิดมาครั้งแรกก็อยู่ได้แค่ 3 ปีและเกือบปิดตัวลง และ บริษัท osim เข้ามาเทคโอเวอร์ 35% และมาเพิ่มทุนภายหลังจึงได้ขยายสาขาออกไปต่างประเทศ ชาอร่อย จนมีหลากหลายรสชาติและกลิ่น แต่ชอบที่สุด คือ camomile tea และ ชาเย็นรวมรส แต่มีกลิ่นขิงอ่อนๆ ทำให้ดื่มแล้วสดชื่นมากๆครับ และ มาการอง ที่นี่ อร่อยมากๆจนต้องลองสักครั้ง

Great selection of teas and taste good! But the scones were too hard and not fresh! Cakes was average!

So excited to try out so many different type of tea. This place is next to Emporium and it’s a quiet place to hang out!
