We are from Colombia and live in Australia, but getting dental treatments there is very expensive. That's why we came to Thailand. We highly recommend the work done at truth dental clinic. The doctors are truly ethical in their practice, the pricing is fair, and they certainly deliver the best results. The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about your dental health. Steer clear of this clinic if you value your physical and psychological well-being. The clinic damaged my facial nerve, turning my life into a nightmare of episodic pain attacks. I still don't feel the right side of my face, and I find myself afraid of dentists for the rest of my life.

I visited the clinic in December 2023 after experiencing a sharp pain in my teeth. The doctors diagnosed me with an infection and proposed a 2-week root canal treatment plan with a crown installation at the end. During the initial visit, the doctor damaged my triangular nerve while administering an anesthesia shot. Despite sensing that something was wrong, the doctor didn't notify me about the incident.

Over the next two days at home, I realized something serious was happening to my face. I endured almost unbearable pain and had a fully numb half of my face. Upon reaching out to the clinic, they advised me to take special vitamins and wait for the next visit. Fearing the situation, I sought another clinic's opinion, where a different doctor explained the severity of the trauma. Triangular nerve damage could lead to face paralysis, deformation, and a painful nightmare. This kind of trauma is extremely rare in root canal treatments and considered a doctor's mistake.

The new clinic refused to continue my treatment, instructing me to return to Truth Dental. Upon returning, the doctor who damaged my nerve downplayed the seriousness, assuring me the numbness would resolve in a couple of weeks. When I mentioned unbearable pain, the advice was limited to taking painkillers. This behavior seemed like an attempt to ignore the issue and silence my concerns. A more appropriate response would have been to recommend a visit to a neurologist for a comprehensive diagnosis to assess the severity and potential need for urgent surgery.

But the ordeal didn't end there. The next doctor, tasked with installing the crown, triggered a panic attack and hysteria – something I had never experienced before. The doctor and assistant had poor English proficiency, and they covered my face, leaving only my mouth visible. Throughout the treatment, I received no anesthetic and felt intense pain. Afraid to request it due to my previous nerve damage, I endured the procedure in confusion. The doctor's lack of communication, along with forced actions in my mouth, felt unprofessional and eroded my trust in the clinic.

Tears streamed down my face during the treatment, yet the doctor either ignored or couldn't see them due to the cover. When I experienced a panic attack, they finally stopped, allowing me to calm down before completing the treatment. Shocked and emotionally drained, I cried for the next 30 minutes in the clinic's lobby. However, no one approached me to explain or apologize, except the secretary who offered painkillers. Instead, their only reaction was to charge the full crown price upfront, seemingly ensuring my return to finish the treatment.

I'm furious and deeply disappointed – this clinic has provided the worst service with incompetent staff. It's an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

I was traveling to Bangkok and my temporary crown broke. They were able to see me the same day and to put a new temporary crown on before leaving for the states.

WAY better than any of my american dentistry experiences at a fraction of the cost. Overall it was a wonderful experience considering the multiple complicated procedures - s difficult extraction, filling, crown replacement, implant. The friendly and lovely staff made the entire process very smooth, and their scheduling/availability was incredibly flexible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Professional, clean and premium. This is not the cheapest of places to go to but you get good professional service. We went there for tooth filling and teeth whitening service.

The Dentist was conscientious. She did a thorough check, even consult a specialist on a root canal condition which I was not there for. She even took an x ray to check which I didn’t have to pay for. Really really good experience. Thorough the entire time of the teeth whitening process, they ensure someone in the room with me instead of leaving me there on my own. At the end of my treatment, the Dentist listed down in writing my treatment plan for my problem teeth. Despite knowing that these are treatments that I would not be able to do due to my short stay. The Dentist genuinely cares and hope that I can get the right treatments for my condition. I wish they had supplied goggles or glasses rather than cover my face with a cloth during the treatment though. We don’t do dental treatments with our face covered in my country. It’s more reassuring that way.

All staff members were polite and reassuring. The Dentist does speak very basic English so I would recommend this place only if you’re looking to do some basic stuff such as filling, whitening and scaling. I will definitely come back for these services and wish they can have more Dentists that speaks better english.

We went to Truth Dental Clinic on the recommendation of the Park Hyatt Bangkok.

The interior of the practice has nothing to envy Hong Kong private clinics. Furthermore, the entire team was fantastic: front desk, nurses, and doctors.

The treatments and follow-up recommendations we received were all extremely professional. We will not hesitate to visit again if we need to next time we visit Bangkok.

conclusion: dsme standard as all dentist in bkk so go to a cheaper one you will have the same or better service.

I got my teeth cleaning here, not great but also not bad, just exactly only the cleaning. The doctor didn’t mention that one shouldn’t eat/drink afterwards, or advise to extra fluoride procedure, or try to give me the best result considering my individual teeth state (of course i don’t mean for free here). The same thread part was used to clean the whole row of teeth, and I still see some discoloration at least on one of them.will have to repeat the cleaning elsewhere.

We have come here twice. The first time was for cleaning. The doctor was nice and very thorough. They cleaned my children’s teeth for more than 1 hour each kid. The second time was to meet with an orthodontist. My daughter will have an Invisalign next week. So far so good. I will com back to update my review after 2-3 years when the Invisalign procedures are finished.

Completely satisfied with this clinic, from start to finish. I (unfortunately) needed a root canal, and was able to get an emergency appointment for treatment that same day, luckily. It was certainly not a fun experience, but from the first procedure to the final post and crown, the dentists and assistants were all very skilled and did their best to relieve my fear. The front desk staff are equally polite and efficient.

I went in to get some work done on 2 occasions this week. The staff were all professional, polite, everything is clean, and got me in on time. Both dentists I had were thorough, and explained what they were doing. Unlike other experiences I've had they were conscious of the pain and would be sure to check in with me throughout the process. Definitely reccomend them to anyone

I had to look for a dentist last Friday when I felt my crown coming loose at dinner Thursday night!
I called on Friday morning and was surprised they can get me in at noon!
Got a new crown and had a temporary installed and cleaned my teeth.
I was also informed I had 8 teeth that was receding and they have been very sensitive and the dentist recommended they be filled!
My crown was ready next Monday and had it installed and 3 tooth filled and will have the other 5 on the left filled on Friday when I come back to have the crown checked!
My wife had 5 cavities filled also!
They do very good work and very detailed! It took 3 times longer to complete the fillings compared to the dentist in the US but at 1/3 the price!
All in all, with three visit and spent 50,000 baht!
It may seemed a bit expensive but it was close to our hotel and my teeth are in the best shape and looked the best ever!
I will definitely come back to this dentist when we return to Bangkok in the future!

Our kids had a great experience at True Dental Clinic. The staffs were very helpful as soon as we got in. We came in for a check up. We knew that our daughter would need some filings for her teeth. The dentist was great in explaining each steps and he made my daughter feel very comfortable. She said she like it here better than our dentist in America. Our son also needed a filling in his front tooth. Everything was handled professionally. We highly recommend True Dental Clinic if you're in Bangkok!
