Amazing service & team! Khun James went above and beyond in assisting me in trouble shooting a few problems with my street triple! Much more helpful than other dealerships in Bangkok. Can't recommend them enough, super professional!

EDITED (Sept 2020) : I went today and the shop is not only closed, it has closed down. Just an empty shell now. I will miss the friendly team and the free Walls Magnum ice cream.

It hasn't closed, it has moved to Ramkamhaeng Road, and renamed to Bangkok Ram. It wasn't actually finished when I went in December. No free ice cream yet. Apparently the owner of the Kawasaki outlet next door also owns the Triumph outlet here.

Went in today and it is back to normal. No free ice cream now though. Waiting for news on the arrival of the Speed Triple RS.

Location was closed during normal hours when said to be open. Total waste of time all the way to Minburi. Time to buy Ducati.

This is all that a dealer and service centre should be. Well informed, courteous, yet not obsequious staff. Very impressive. Good value too.
This info is out of date. It was true in the beginning, but since then their quality has plummeted. They ripped me off by selling an out of date battery, freely admitted it and refused to take responsibility. Never going there again. I have several other examples, but that one stands as a general example. Caveat emptor.
