Spent a week practicing here whilst visiting Bangkok. Really enjoyed the classes. Not for the faint hearted. Expect to be pushed and to sweat. Great instructors. This is definitely a Hiit style yoga and not a relaxing calm style. Highly recommend

Excellent studio with skilled and helpful teachers. Highly recommend for those who are looking to advance their practice and learn new poses. There are a variety of classes on offer so that you can pick one the style and level to suit. Teachers do offer physical adjustments, which I've personally found very helpful, but if you don't like a hands on approach, tell them and they will respect your wishes.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO
Attended Vinyasa in this place with an Indian instructor. At first it was good and challenging until he started approaching each yogis and forced each one of us to bend etc.worst part is when he started stepping on people on a laying hero pose, I got a couple of weeks knee pain because of what the teacher did. Your body is your own flow, other people are more flexible and others are more stronger. That teacher does things to benefit himself and his own practice but not for his students.
