TONIC (Habito)

Quality of healthy ingredients is decent enough but its half of Tonic's dishes are served hot, the other half come cold - like straight from the refrigerator cold.

There doesn't appear to be any logical reason for this. Eg Beef bean with rice and veg comes hot, but Korean Chicken with quinoa and roasted veg cold.

Also clear that their dishes aren't prepared fresh to order.

I understand that there is some inflation, but this is NO REASON TO RIPP OFF your customers. Absolutely unjustified

This little restaurant within Habito mall serves some nice Tonic bowls and plates.
Good variety and very simple to order and select.
Also serves some nice healthy drinks.

Great taste and will surely come back.

I do have a question. We had lunch and our meal was cold, so I asked them to heat up the food. It was a bowl and another plate with 2 sides and a protein. The rice was hot, stew so so, but the plate was cold, so I asked them to heat up the plate, and they declined, saying it is supposed to be cold.

The taste was ok, but my friend thought it tasted bland. I thought it was partly because they are conscious of salting and that is fine, but also because the food was not warm.

Was this store policy to cut down on serving time? I heated another portion at home and the food was awesome. A pity I cannot get hot food at a restaurant.

Tonic is a great addition to what is already a fantastic Habito mall. Its new and a little hard to find but well worth searching for. Freshly prepared organic food range with many healthy options. Their salads especially the cous cous salad was is really good!

I have ordered from Tonic for countless times and it never disappoints! I like that they change their menu every week otherwise I have the tendency to get the same thing over and over again and get sick of that something eventually lol the aloo potato with curry and pesto pasta are my all time favourite i always look forward to those weeks with these two items. Love that the calories are listed on the website with nutrition info so I don’t overeat haha.

Good to visit when you want to eat something healthy with seasoning but you are too lazy to cook.

Great tasting healthy food. Menu changes from week to week. This is the only problem as they changed the lemon and coriander cous cous with mushroom cous cous and i am allergic to mushrooms, but love cous cous haha.
Highly recommended to anyone. Is available on food panda for delivery.
