Tisco building houses the main branch of Tisco Bank, and related banking and investment services. There is also a small Au Bon Pain branch, where you can have a decent coffee.

Easy to find but the traffic bad all the time so if you have important appointment you need keep for travel time.
I walked from the MRT. Getting in the building requires circling part way round because the street side entrance is locked tight. Of course, the same is true when one departs.
Once inside, all I could access was the lobby due to building security. Had to call upstairs, and the staff on the phone seemed clueless and unprepared, although I had arranged an appointment 2 days in advance.
The building is modern enough, and the people I interacted with were polite, but this is the second time I've needed to go there to transact business (the 1st was pre-COVID), and both times I've left feeling mildly irritated by the experience.
