Tim Mansion

Didn’t stay there but had food over there! Pleasant atmosphere and food! Cute lady who I assume was the owner had the a/c and fan on for us as it was on a very hot day. (Shame i didn’t get her number). While dining there, i even came across the Tour to the train market & floating market which I booked with Warinpin! The tour was great! Highly recommended Tim Mansion.

From the time that we arrived, we were greeted with friendly service at reception.

Confirmation of booking & check-in was a breeze and settling in to our room was seamless. All the amenities were of standard with neat, clean and well kept rooms.the bonus for us was waking up to the most fantastic views that this resort has to offer, not to mention literally being a minute's walk away from the beach.

All the staff at Tim Mansions was so helpful and ready to assist where possible - even keeping our luggage for us whilst we were away at Koh Samui.

I would definitely recommend Tim Mansions to anyone that wants to visit Koh Samui and we will definitely be coming back on our next return visit.

Perfect location for Bangkok sightseeing, lots of streetfood around, even one place with Michelin star. The hotel is clean and quiet, the owner and stuff was really helpful - special thanks to Faii for helping with the taxi to the airport!

I am staying here for the third time and I just love it! The location is unbeatable, walking distance to MRT and the Klong Boat! If you are a light sleeper I would recommend the rooms in the back, because the street can be a bit loud but nothing earplugs can't fix! Staff is very welcoming, beds are very comfy! Definitely recommend this place!

Hotel is near famous chef - Jay Fai's restaurant. Center of the city and accessible to City's hot& happening places! Do check in.

Travelled Thailand for a month staying at a mix of hostels to mid-range hotels and this was one of my more positive experiences. Really good value for clean, modern room and aircon. I loved my room's giant windows looking down on the street. Did not get to try the bar/restaurant downstairs but seemed very convenient if staying there longer.

Convenient location for food. Very good price for air conditioning and renovations.

Terrible location for noise and air pollution. The motorcyclist use these special loud mufflers and zoom by at 2am.

Wifi hasn't worked here in 3 years.

Cheap price and very convenient location. Found this place by scrolling on a hotel app. Room itself was not the cleanest but I only stayed a single night. Staff very friendly and I would return in the future if I came back.

I've been here on a monthly stay during the Covid outbreak and everything seems to be perfect for my work and travel life! The location is in a nice spot. It is located next to the famous restaurants, Jay-fai and Thipsamai pad thai. Every highlight places in old town areas seems to be in walking distance. The city view room is perfect if you'd like to experience old town city lives with busy road and people, but be careful the street noise at late night time. It was such a nice experience for me staying here feeling like my own place. The staff were very nice. I felt very warm weIcomed. If you plan to stay for long term. I would recommend this place. The price is reasonable and negotiable ;)

Erster Aufenthalt in Bangkok - das Personal war sehr freundlich & half sehr gerne (Tickets ausdrucken,). Trotz ihrer wenigen Englischkentnisse konnte man gut mit ihnen kommunizieren. Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet & etwas klein, Bad für Thailand sehr sauber. Einziger negative Punkt ist die Lautstärke bei Nacht, da die Fenster den Lärm gut durchlassen.
Lage top - vieles zu Fuß erreichbar (Tempel, Chinatown,)
Essen war etwas wenig aber sehr köstlich!

Clean and neat though it is small it is a great spot! Very centralized to all the activities downtown and close by multiple temples. Also it's right next to the famous Raan Jay Fai!

Bad service. Staff just leave you. Ordered a curry and a beer and they brought me my beer and forgot the curry. Then got a second beer. Still waiting. Then had to chase curry. Curry arrived no rice. Had to wait another 10 mins to order rice. They arent even busy. I'm their second customer and they have the staff. Just bad service. But the green curry tastes good. Just wasted a whole hour on a fast meal.

Very nice food and7 service. They understand5 spicy levels for white folks highly recommended!

I totaly love this small cozy little hotel. Staff is super friendly and they did theyr best to help me when I needed. They have the best milkshakes we had in thailand. Also the food is awesome!

Tim Mansions is one of the least ambitious places I have stayed in, but that works fine if you accept that this is a cheaper place that offers lots of bonuses and really doesn't care to fix the minuses or need to. Good points; spacious rooms which are clean, good area to get around from, good rates considering the room, good air con, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Minuses; shower needs to be better maintained as it gets blocked, no lift which is a bit much when you are on the upper floors, front of house is friendly but distracted and mostly doing there own thing (which is actually kinda cool), street levels can be a bit nosey and you have to ask for your rooms to be cleaned. However, for the price these negatives are not really considerations. I really like what they are doing there, unfussy and modest accomodation, in a great area at good prices.

Hotel rooms a really nice and stylish - air conditioning as well. However the walls are paper-thin and you hear the traffic.
Roomservice is pleasant, you just need to ask for it.
Restaurant is nice and the food is delicious but the kitchen is not always open - one star minus for broken coffee-machine.
Money exchange at the reception.
Wifi is free.

Don't be fooled by the interior pictures provided on the internet. Normal Double rooms have aging interiors, no windows are extremely noisy at night and do not resemble the images shown by the owner at all.
