9I had high loyalty to brand Tiffany. We bought there dish set and they said they will not provide tax free, because we are russians…. I should add here that other brands are still not having this nacist position. Since this happened, it was my last purchase in Tiffany
The place to shop if you know nothing about jewelry - but like to also lose the most money
I tried to buy some jewelry, when I went to pay the price went up by 5000 baht, I asked to see the manager, he told me the item wasn't available as it had been reserved for someone else, when I agreed to pay the higher price it suddenly became available again and he would order a new one for the other customer. Appalling behavior.

All the staff members were very kind to us.
This is the main store in Bangkok, so the store is large, so there are more items than Icon Siam that you don't usually see.
When I go to Bangkok again, I want to bother you!
The sales person is nice and helpful but left empty handed since they do not have the ring size that fits me. The let down is they have told me that I have to put down a full non refundable deposit to order another size and when it comes, if it doesn't fit, I cannot return it.
Beautiful store. Plenty of choice and the staff are very helpful too. I reserved some jewelry and it was waiting on display for me when I arrived. No hassle at all. I recommend you use their Line account to pre arrange before you arrive. Makes the process really easy
Limited range. When I asked if I could order what I want, the stuff wasn’t enthusiastic. I felt I was unwelcome. Very disappointed. Other stuff were very helpful and friendly last year though.
The worst experience ever, so disorganized staff and the whole process is stressful. Instead of taking care of the customers - talking on her phone.
