รู้ว่าวันที่ไปไม่มีหมอเฉพาะทาง ทำไมโรงพยาบาลใช้วิธีให้ไปหาหมอทั่วไปก่อน สุดท้ายเขาก็ต้องนัดใหม่ ให้เสียเงินเพิ่ม เสียเวลา ค่าใช้จ่ายแพงมาก ทำความสะอาดแผล ปิดผ้าก็อต เสร็จจ่ายไป 2800 งงมาก ไม่มีข้อสรุปของอาการแย่มาก ไม่สมเหตุสมผลเลย
เอาเปรียบมากๆ แนะนำไปที่อื่น

โรงพยาบาลบริการดีมาก คุณหมอ คุณพยาบาล คุณผู้ช่วย หรือแม่กระทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่บุคลากรทุกหน่วยบริการให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากๆเลยค่ะ

จะไม่กลับมาอีกแล้ว ไม่เป็นระบบ ทุกอย่างช้า

แย่ แย่ทุกอย่าง การบริการ หมอดูเป็นหมอฝึกหัดไม่มีประสบการณ์ ราคาแพงเท่ากับสมิติเวช บำรุงราษฎร์ แต่สภาพ รพ และการบริการแย่ยิิ่งกว่า รพ รัฐ ผจก แผนกฉุกเฉินตอนกลางคืน ไม่มีหัวใจบริการ ไม่รับฟังคนไข้ ไม่ได้คิดจะปรับปรุงพัฒนา บริการ หรือระบบให้ดีขึ้น

Worst hospital experience ever. Almost no one in the entire building can speak English. Quality of care is laughable. I was in an accident and was assigned a few doctors who all gave contradicting instructions. Pain management is 0/10 here. In my entire time here (many days) not one single nurse can speak a word of English and you’ll be lucky to see the doctors once per day. Anything you need is a terribly long wait.

There are many many better hospitals in the area, do not let any ambulance bring you here if you have an emergency. Not to mention it’s incredibly expensive in comparison.

วันนี้มีโอกาสได้ใช้บริการเป็นครั้งแรก มาตรวจสุขภาพก่อนเริ่มงาน อยากบอกว่าประทับใจมาก ทั้งคุณหมอ เจ้าหน้าที่ การให้บริการรวดเร็ว อ่อนน้อม สุภาพ เป็นมิตร ให้เกรียติ รู้สึกดีมากเลย ขอให​้​รักษา​มาตรฐาน​แบบนี้ไว้ตลอดไปนะคะ

Appointment scheduled at 12: 00pm, really meet the doctor at 2pm for less than 5 minutes talk. Queuing system here was so failed.

Amazing service (seen as tourist so private appointment)
Appointment made for same day, and was referred for MRI which also was scheduled for same day at another hospital as they did not have the equipment.
All made very easy and clean, surroundings. Masks compulsory.
Seen on time by doctor.
Return appointment scheduled at our convenience.
Second visit was on time, and nurses were very fast and efficient in giving us the information we needed to deal with the situation in our home country.

Seem to have few patients, but you need to wait for more than an hour to get diagnosed. You also get an interview for history talking and fill the form for multiple times. Also, if you catch a cold, you need to wait outside the building, which is super hot.

หมอแผนกศัลยกรรมทำงานล่าช้ามาก รอเกือบชั่วโมง พยาบาลชั้น7ก็พูดจาไม่ค่อยสุภาพ ค่ารักษาก็ค่อนข้างแพง

เป็นแผนกการเงินที่รับเงินเป็นอย่างเดียวเลยค่ะ แต่ไม่มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาด้านการเงินใดๆทั้งสิ้น

ให้เพราะพยาบาล เจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาล คุณหมอดูแลดีแต่ขอหักคะแนนไอค่ามัดจำหน่อย จ่ายแพงมากคือไปโรงพยาบาลตอนกลางดึกสภาพก็ไม่ไหวแล้วแต่ยังต้องเก็บ Deposit ใครเป็นคนคิดกฎนี้รบกวนมาอ่านดูหน่อยนะชีวิตคนทั้งคน หรือถ้าสมมุติไม่มีจ่ายล่ะ ปล่อยตายเลยไหม? ทีเก็บมัดจำจะเอาเดี๋ยวนั้นตอนนั้นเลยทีตอนคืนรอเป็นวีค คิดว่าไม่ไปอีกแล้วถ้าไม่จะตายจริงๆ.

สัมมนารับความรู้เพื่อปรับใช้ในวิชาชีพ พี่ๆ สอนเข้าใจง่าย เน้นดูแลแบบองค์รวม แถมมีกิจกรรมสนุกมากน่าไปซ้ำค่ะ

Excellent hospital, Dr Supaporn Surakiatchanukul was extremely kind and professional, and I received top notch care.

เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นหัวหน้าในแผนกไหนติดต่อรถส่งตัวมอบไปโรงบาลอื่นบริการไม่ดีพูดจาเหมือนมาขอรักษาฟรี โรงบาลก็ดังและดีไม่คิดว่าจะรับคนแบบนี้เข้าทำงาน มาครั้งเดียวเสียความรู้สึกมากเลยค่ะ

Not worth of what they are charging you for. I have been here quite a few times. Always have to wait way pass your appointment time, at least 1.5 hrs. When asking for how long I have to wait because sometimes I have other appointments somewhere else, they will immediately give you attitude and not tell you how long or how many people before you and just said you will get to see the doctor when we call you. Such poor service mind and seems like no staff training at all. The doctor also make a mistake of giving me the wrong medication which effects in worsening my condition and sure enough no apology.
