บริการแย่ค่ารักษาแพงเกินความเหมาะสม ไม่ได้รักษาอะไรเลยแค่คุยกันเพราะแมวไปถึงก็ตายแล้วยังเก็บค่ารักษาโหดมากๆ เสียความรู้สึกสุดๆแค่แมวตายก็เกินพอแล้ว ไม่จ่ายยาไม่ดูอาการแค่ขายของให้ราคาก็แรง ไม่มีคำแนะนำดีๆอะไรให้เลยมีแต่ไม่ทราบๆๆ เราค้องดูอาการเอง โรงพยาบาลทองหล่อดูแลดีให้ทั้งยาทั้งตรวจทั้งพ่นยา ให้คำปรึกษาดีกว่าเสียอีก ราคายังพอกัน อย่าได้พบอย่าได้เจออีกต่อไป อยากได้แต่เงินคนไข้แต่ไม่ใส่ใจอะไรเลย
พาหมาไปรักษาเกี่ยวกับผิวหนัง ไม่หายสักที แต่หมอพูดจาแย่ๆ จนไม่อยากไปรักษาอีกเลย เหมือนหมอจะไม่พอใจที่เราไม่ซื้ออาหารกับโรงบาล พูดประมาณว่า อาหารคุณซื้อที่อื่นได้ แต่พอไม่หาย ก็ต้องไปโทดร้านอาหารหมา แต่คืออาหารก็ยี่ห้อเดียวกันนะ คือไรอ่าาา แย่ๆ
Terrible place. They wanted to charge almost twice what we had agreed. Also and after four day’s and thousand of baths they said they could not tell us the right treatment for our dog. They also threaten to use lawyers. Please don’t use this team. Really, really bad experience.
Got recommend from my friend, so I bring the broken leg cat here, the doctor and all staff are very sincere they show their professional and their love for the animal, it took 8 days for me for the operation and post care, staff is very responsive and report everything via LINE. You will not regret if you choose here.
Terrible service and price is way too high, I first thought it was worth to pay that much but the third visit made me rethink of this place. The vet that did not even care about my pet. Never go to this place again
ซอยอุดมสุข 42 ถนนกำลังก่อสร้าง. ให้เข้าทาง ซอยอุดมสุข 56 แล้วใช้ซอยเชื่อมมาซอย 42 (มีป้ายบอก). มีสัตวแพทย์ดูแลสัตว์ฟันแทะทุกวัน (กระต่าย, กระรอก เป็นต้น)
A lot of money for inferior quality work. Went to this place twice. The first time I went, my bird died. I thought ok, it happens, it's not their fault. I'll give them another chance. The second time I went, I went to get vaccines for my cat. Getting vaccines is something relatively simple, that every vet should be able to handle, I thought. But now my cat has problems, because they didn't hold her properly when she got vaccinated at this place. She has a small bump on her back and is being treated currently being treated by another doctor.
Also I want to point out that some of the doctors there don't wear cloves, don't disinfect their hands and even keep their food in the treatment room that's not just very unhygieniec, but it also says a lot about the doctors professionality.
Sorry, but I can't recommend this place. My pets deserve a knowledgeable doctor, who knows what he is doing and who loves animals and treats them with great care. Pets can't speak for themselves and all they can do is rely on us humas.
If you don't respect these things, you should NOT be a doctor. That was the last time I went to this place, I don't need a vet who just wants to sell me as many things as possible and does his job half-heartedly. You should be ashamed.
