Love to live here. Great rooftop view. Nice swimming pool and gym. Gateway mall within walking distance Almost perfect location

The condo is good with nice location but the juristic is the worst with no manners lots of the rules that are not making sense. I would recommended other condo nearby with better juristic and better management. Not very suitable for people who want to lived as family.

The condo located is quite nice and very convenience just right beside the mall and also local markets around and 10min walk to the BTS (850m.well it’s almost 1km.but it’s fine I like walking anyway but if you don’t just take a motorbike taxi for 20baht)
7eleven behind the the condo entrance (almost everything for living you can buy it here. I haven’t seen any 7eleven in another countries like Thailand.just amazing)

But if you’re plan for a long term I am not recommend.
For my opinion the room itself is not right for long term living.
The kitchen doesn’t make for real cooking just for microwave heating. Well if you don’t cook it’s not a problem.
The interior materials are easy to break so you gotta live carefully during your stay

ช่างบริการห่วย โซนแม่บ้านไม่รู้ของอาคารหรือผู้เช่าห่วยแย่ ต้องจองผ่านไลน์อย่างเดียวแม้ว่าคุณจะเข้าไปจองถึงหน้างานพอจองผ่านไลน์โอนเงินเรียบร้อยถึงเวลานัดกลับบอกว่าไม่ได้ลงจองไว้ให้แม่บ้านลา ค.

ลูกบ้านบางคนไร้สามัญสำนึก ขับรถออกจากโครงการด้วยความเร็ว ไม่ดูคนเดิน เกือบชนคนที่เดิน แถมยังทำตัวกร่างอีกตะหาก โคตรเพลีย

A very good and cozy condo located in the inter-changeable area between Nonthaburi and Bangkok.

ทำเลสะดวกต่อการเดินทาง สามารถเดิน หรือนั่งวินมอเตอร์ไซค์ขึ้นสถานีเตาปูนซึ่งเชื่อมต่อระหว่างรถไฟฟ้าสายสีม่วง กับสีน้ำเงิน และสามารถขึ้นสถานีบางโพสายสีน้ำเงิน ซึ่งคาดว่าจะเปิดใช้งานในปี 62 อีกทั้งยังติดกับห้าง gate way ที่กำลังสร้างคาดว่าจะเปิดให้บริการในปี 61

It's a good location! Around end of this there will the Huge shopping complex would be complete then.

The Place is a little far from the city centre but if you want a nice view of the city and some quiet time this is definitely your bet. Transportation here is so easy as this is 5 mins away from Tao Poon MRT Station. Bus stop is just in front of the condominium.

It's a new place and everything's so easy.they're have a 7-11 downstairs and the secerity is work all day n nite

I just get my key from my new Condo in the TREE INTERCHANGE. I checked all Details in my rooms in the 35th floor. 2 bathroom. 2 bedroom.and i need to say all more than perfect. BUT THE BEST is the awesome view from the corner condo.view over chiao phraya.to king palace.
Swimming pool.gym awesome. Highlight is the on top of the building the Sky Lounge. My dream is coming true

Not far from MRT, top deck with enclosed lg room has a/c and nice views of city and the Chao Phraya River, good security, facilities are clean and have just about everything needed. Two decent restaurants within complex, too!
